The Hoverboard's maximum speed increases if the user has a certain Devil Fruit equipped. This functionality is shared with the Striker.

Due to its gravity manipulation capabilities, it has the unique functionality of land traversal.

It has 700 HP and goes at a maximum speed of 95. This is buffed to 145 if the user has eaten a Zushi-Zushi no Mi.

Due to its ability to float and its small size, many players consider the Hoverboard the most efficient ship for ship farming.
