Recently we had read a piece of news in Xsyon Earth 2012 official website said that the Xsyon development team had adjusted the full retail release of the game to be slightly delayed from March 1, 2011 to March 15th. And Devs indicated that the head start program for those who preordered brought several previously unseen issues to the forefront and the team needed more time to address them. Players who preordering Xsyon will have two weeks of free game time added to their accounts. As the released date delay public notice says since the soft launch at Feb.18th for the pre-orders, the developers have stumbled across a lot of problems with their servers and bandwidth etc. They have now taken steps in order to get this resolved, and have now got brand new servers set up within the next few days. They have also given pre-ordered players an extra 2 weeks of playtime for free as the compensation.
In my opinion this is a smart move. As we had seen Xsyon Devs’words that they are eager to make the best game possible so as to give all the players most enjoyment by the Xsyon power leveling progress. But no doubt, it was really sad when the pre-launch failed. But also luckily it has been with good communication and a positive community. We made it through those dark hours. I can't wait for the 2nd coming of the pre-launch to begin. Generally speaking the team did the right thing because the soft launch was rocky at best. Our Xsyon Earth 2012 power leveling group and Xsyon Earth 2012 gold making team were on it to welcome the original released day one month ago. We still expect the late released date with passion though it had faced to setback at the first beginning.
