Genshin Monstadt Chronicled Wish Banner - Mechanics
In order to pull, players must use 160 primogems, or Intertwined Fates.
The rules and mechanics of the Chronicled Wish Banner is similar to that of the regular limited banners. There will be guarantees for 4 stars and 5 stars after every 10 pulls and 90 pulls, respectively.
The wish guarantee count within Chronicled Wish continues to accumulate and carries over to the next Chronicled Wish banner. However, this guarantee count is separate and does not affect the guarantee counters for other types of Wishes.
Before pulling, players must first select their Chronicled Path, or desired character. When a 5-star appear, it could be two things: you can either get another character, or your Chronicled Path. Chronicled Wish features a 50/50 system, so there's still risks.
After losing your 50/50, you will receive Fate Point. This Fate Point will guarantee that the next item you'll get is your desired character or weapon. This only means that if you really want to secure your chronicled path, be prepared to save or grind 180 pulls.

All 6.4 Mondstadt Chronicled Wish banner pull ratings
Listed down below are all the characters and weapons, and whether they're worth pulling.
Mondstadt Chronicled Wish banner essentially brings us back to version 1.0 with characters, which unfortunately have been overshadowed by units like Mavuika, Columbina. Nearly half of the banner as well consists of standard characters, so compared to other regions' Chronicled Wish banners, Mondstadt's might be on the weaker side. That said, some of these can still be worth pulling.
