What is RTTF in FC 26?

RTTF (Road to the Finals) in FC 26 is a promo featuring dynamic player items that upgrade based on their real-world club's progression in UEFA competitions, including the Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League, and Women's Champions League.

How Do FC 26 RTTF Upgrades Work?

Unlike standard Team of the Week (TOTW) cards, RTTF items do not rely on individual performances. A player does not even need to step onto the pitch to receive an upgrade. As long as their club advances in the tournament, the card gets boosted.

No. If a player transfers to a different club in real life, their RTTF item remains locked to the club they were representing when the card was released, and they will no longer receive upgrades.

What happens if a team drops from the UCL down to the UEL?

Under the new UEFA formats and recent EA rules, teams generally do not drop down between competitions in the knockout stages. The player's upgrade path is strictly tied to the tournament their card is assigned to.

When do RTTF upgrades go live in-game?
