Genshin Impact 6.5 banners prediction: Linnea release
Linnea, the nature scientist is expected to be star of version 6.5. The rest of the banners will be rerun of previous banners.
| Name | Rarity | Role and element |
|---|---|---|
| Linnea | 5-star | Geo bow Lunar-Crystallize sub-DPS and healer |
| Gretel | 4-star / 5-star | TBA |
| Chasca | 5-star | Anemo Bow DPS |
| Lauma | 5-star | Dendro Catalyst Lunar-bloom Sub-DPS Support |
| Nefer | 5-star | Dendro Catalyst Lunar-bloom DPS |
Gretel was previously teased in the Genshin Impact Luna IV Special Program alongside characters like Linnea, Varka Lohen, and Nicole. However, up until now, we haven’t received any details about her kit yet. Rest assured, this guide will be updated when the time comes.
For Version 2.6, no Archon reruns appear to be on the schedule. According to Seele_leaks, a leaker known within the Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail communities, Chasca, Nefer, and Lauma are expected to headline the update’s rerun banners.
This marks Chasca’s second rerun in Genshin Impact. She is a five-star Anemo bow DPS, with charged attacks as the centerpiece of her kit.

On the other hand, the Lunar-Bloom duo finally getting their first reruns just makes sense. Columbina and Zibai only debuted recently, so it was always a matter of time. Ineffa and Flins have already had their second run on the limited banner, so they’re out of the picture for now. That pretty much leaves Nefer and Lauma as the only ones still waiting for a rerun, and Version 2.6 seems like the perfect time for it.
Nefer is a five-star Dendro Catalyst who thrives as an on-field DPS, most commonly slotted into Lunar-Bloom teams. That said, she’s flexible enough to work in Hyperbloom, Burgeon, and standard Bloom comps, especially as a standalone Nod-Krai unit.

Lauma, meanwhile, is also a five-star Dendro Catalyst, but she leans more into a sub-DPS and buffer role. She’s widely considered Nefer’s best-in-slot partner and a core piece in Lunar-Bloom and Hydro-Dendro team setups.

Genshin Impact 6.5 Leaks: Linnea (5-Star)
According to reliable leaks, Linnea is the next playable character set to be featured in the upcoming patch’s limited banner.
Although HoYoverse has not revealed her officially, datamined information allegedly suggests that one of the silhouettes shown during the Genshin Impact Luna IV Special Program belongs to Linnea. She has not appeared in-game yet, but you might have heard her name mentioned by Ineffa, Aino, and Illuga.

It turns out that Ineffa is a Nod-Krai character affiliated with the Adventurers’ Guild. Ineffa previously mentioned that Linnea serves as an advisor to the Adventurers’ Guild, has a penchant for life science and deeply cares for animals.
Genshin Impact 6.5 Linnea kit
Linnea in Genshin Impact is a pink-haired 5-star Geo Bow character and a defense scaling unit whose kit centers around Lunar-Crystallize.

Leakers suggest that Linnea’s kit is similar to Escoffier’s. In combat, Linnea comes with a companion named Lumi. Her Elemental Skill has different modes depending on whether it’s tapped or held. The tap version unleashes off-field AoE damage, while repeated tapping inflicts frontloaded damage. On the flip side, her Elemental Burst allows her to provide healing based on her Defense. Her kit also reportedly introduces up to 30% Geo RES shred and a 100 EM buff to herself or her allies, depending on whether they are Nodkrai characters.
When Linnea comes out, she is expected to be paired with the Lunar-crystallize DPS, Zibai and of course, the Hydro Moon Goddess, Columbina.
Genshin Linnea Kit - Signature Weapon
Leakers have also shared the stats and passive effects of Linnea.
Frostbound Oath - 5-star Bow
- Base ATK: 542
- Crit damage: 88.2%
| Frost Sprite's Reprisal | Increases DEF by 16% When the character's elemental skill or Lunar-Crystallize hits an enemy, they gain Frost Sprite's Reprisal for 6 seconds, increasing Geo DMG by 40% and increasing Lunar-Crystallize reaction damage by 20%. This effect lasts until Frost Sprite's Reprisal ends and can trigger even when the character's on-field. |
