Genshin Impact 6.6 Banners: Nicole release, Lohen and Mavuika rerun 

Genshin Impact Luna VII Special Program has already begun, and we now have an idea who's going to be featured in the upcoming Genshin Impact 6.6 banners.

We’re finally getting closer to Snezhnaya, and recent teasers are already starting to make the region feel a lot more real. Before Travelers officially arrive there, though, the game will first introduce more units tied to the Hexenzirkel. Nicole and Lohen are the new stars of the upcoming Luna VII banners, and their arrival also brings a fresh lineup of character reruns. Here’s everything to know about the Genshin Impact Version 6.6 banners and schedule.

Genshin Impact 6.6 Banners

Genshin Impact Luna VII follows the usual split two-phase banner format, with two featured 5-star characters appearing in each phase. Here’s every character currently expected to appear in the upcoming banners

Genshin Impact 6.6 New Characters

Genshin Impact Luna VII is set to introduce three new characters: Nicole, Lohen and Prune.

Nicole (5-star)

Nicole is an upcoming 5-star Pyro support character in Genshin Impact. She is a Hexerei unit whose kit mainly revolves around shielding allies, providing ATK buffs, and triggering coordinated attacks. Once released, Nicole is expected to become Varka’s best-in-slot support.

Lohen (5-star)

The new character for second phase however is Lohen. Lohen is a 5-star Cryo Main DPS that uses Will To Win in order to dish out more damage to the enemies. He's a damage dealer who thrives in Melt teams, or Freeze teams.

Prune (4-star)

On the flip side, the new patch is about to get a new 4-star character named Prune. Prune is an ATK-scaling anemo sub-DPS who can offer respectable personal anemo damage and significant buffs to allies.

Genshin Impact 6.6 Character Reruns

The new patch will also feature exciting reruns for some of the best Pyro characters in Genshin.

Mavuika (5-star)

A flexible character that can both deal burst damage, and sustained DPS. She can also function as an off-field sub DPS in some teams. As an on-field DPS, Mavuika is a hypercarry who needs a Natlan support and thrives best in a forward Melt setup.

Durin (5-star)

Like Nicole and Lohen, Durin is a Hexerei character. Durin is a Pyro Sword character who can function as either a DPS, or a sub-DPS buffer. Interestingly, Durin can function in most Nicole and Lohen teams.

What's new in Genshin Impact Version 6.6?

Like any other patch, Version 6.6 is slated to introduce a bunch of new things, from characters and quests to even artifacts!

• Story Quests for Nicole and Lohen
• Two New Artifacts sets

Celestial Gift	Nicole's best-in-slot artifact set that gives energy regen, 20% partywide elemental damage bonus (40% if the equipper is a Hexerei character)
Disenchantment in Deep Shadow	New artifact set that provides 18% ATK, and 80% Superconduct Reaction damage. Also increases the equipper's Crit rate by 16%

When is Genshin Impact 6.6 release date?

Genshin Impact 6.6 is expected to be released on May 20, 2026. With the special program going live 8-12 days before the patch update. As with other patches, players should expect maintenance beforehand.
