Prioritize upgrading Alyosha's Ultimate first, as it summons Tugarin and creates an Electro field that serves as his primary source of damage. Level up his Elemental Skill next since it contributes a significant portion of his overall damage output. His Normal Attack can be left at a low level unless Alyosha is being played as an on-field DPS.

Should you pull Alyosha Constellations?
Here are the best constellations for Alyosha!
C1: ★★★★★ - Improves rotation by giving elemental energy.
C2: ★★★★★ - Best early constellation, which increases ult duration.
C6: ★★★★★ - Massively improves Alyosha's role as a support. Best one!
C1
Frostvale Thunderclap
Energy · Sustain
Alyosha regenerates 15 Elemental Energy when nearby party members trigger an Electro-related reaction. This effect can trigger once every 18s.
Why it's goodFree energy off any Electro reaction on the team, no rotation gymnastics required — huge for keeping his Burst uptime consistent, especially since his own kit leans on ER to begin with.
C2
Howl From Afar
Uptime · Field Duration
The duration of the Elemental Burst Hunter's Advance is extended by 6s.
Additionally, each time Tugarin attacks the opponent, it will first apply the Hunter's Mark. This effect does not activate existing Hunter's Marks.
Why it's goodA longer-lasting Fulgurite Hunting Field means more taunting, more AoE ticks, and more time off-field, while Tugarin auto-applying Hunter's Mark keeps his Hunter's Precision ATK bonus rolling without Alyosha needing to land a hit himself.
C3
Kindred Call
+3 Talent Levels
Increases the Level of the Elemental Skill Thunderbolt Ambush by 3, up to a maximum of level 15.
Why it's goodStraight scaling on his main Electro poke, since Thunderbolt Ambush carries most of his off-field damage and Hunter's Mark uptime.
C4
Spoils of the Hunt
Team Utility
When Tugarin attacks, it will also restore 60% of Alyosha's ATK as HP to the nearby party member with the lowest HP by percentage.
Why it's goodTurns his Burst field into passive team healing on top of the taunt-and-damage utility it already provides — cheap insurance for teams running squishier DPS units.
C5
When the Birdsong Falls Silent
+3 Talent Levels
Increases the Level of the Elemental Burst Hunter's Advance by 3, up to a maximum of level 15.
Why it's goodThe Burst-side counterpart to C3, scaling up both the Fulgurite Hunting Field DMG and Tugarin's attacks on the way to C6.
C6
Standard Reclaimed
Signature Payoff
The Hunter's Precision effect obtained from activating Hunter's Mark can now stack, up to 2 stacks. When the stack count reaches 2, characters affected by Hunter's Precision will also have their Elemental Mastery increased by 100.
Why it's goodDoubles down on his signature mechanic — stacking Hunter's Precision turns a single ATK buff into a real team-wide EM boost too, making him a much stronger support piece for reaction-focused comps at C6.
