Prioritize upgrading Alyosha's Ultimate first, as it summons Tugarin and creates an Electro field that serves as his primary source of damage. Level up his Elemental Skill next since it contributes a significant portion of his overall damage output. His Normal Attack can be left at a low level unless Alyosha is being played as an on-field DPS.
The best weapons for Alyosha build are Engulfing Lightning, Sacrificer's Staff and Tamayuratei No Ohanashi.
Engulfing Lightning is an excellent weapon choice for Alyosha if available. It has a high Base ATK, grants additional ATK to improve his healing, and provides Energy Recharge, which helps him use his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst more consistently.
