Columbina is finally getting her rerun in the second phase of version 6.7 in Genshin Impact. She is a Hydro sub-DPS who is mainly played in Lunar reaction teams as an enabler, secondary damage dealer and buffer.

Known as the Moon Goddess of Nod-Krai, Kuutar to the Frostmoon Scions, and formerly The Damselette, Third of the Fatui Harbingers, she was born into an unkind world and cast into solitude from the moment of her creation.
At its core, Columbina is played as a Hydro sub-DPS. She applies off-field Hydro attacks and enables and buffs Lunar reactions.
In regular rotations, first cast Columbina's Elemental Skill. This activates her off-field Hydro attacks and enables Gravity Interference, allowing her to deal Lunar reaction damage. Follow it up with her Elemental Burst to activate her domain, dishing out Hydro damage while applying Lunar buffs.

Summons Moonlit Tides to unleash up to 3 hits of Hydro DMG.

While Gravity Ripple is active, party Lunar Reactions build up Gravity. Once maxed, Columbina unleashes bonus DMG matching whichever Lunar Reaction contributed the most.

Temporarily reshapes the surrounding terrain into a Lunar Domain, dealing AoE Hydro DMG.
Unless Columbina is played on-field, prioritize her elemental skill and elemental burst over her normal attack for the Columbina build.
Upgrading her elemental skill improves her personal damage, while investing in her elemental burst increases the Lunar reaction damage. If you want to use her as a DPS however, you can prioritize leveling up her normal attack.

The best weapons for Columbina build are Nocturne's Curtain Call (5-star), Sacrificial Jade (4-star) and Prototype Amber (4-star).
Columbina's signature and best-in-slot weapon is the Nocturne's Curtain Call.
Nocturne's Curtain Call massively increases Columbina's damage dealt through a whopping 88% Crit DMG increase. This also increases her HP/Max HP where her damage scales with, some energy for her burst, and her Lunar reaction Crit DMG.

When triggering Lunar reactions or inflicting Lunar Reaction DMG on opponents, the equipping character will recover 14 Energy, and receive the Bountiful Sea's Sacred Wine effect for 12s: Max HP increases by an additional 14%, CRIT DMG from Lunar Reaction DMG increases by 60%.
The Energy recovery effect can be triggered at most once every 18s, and can be triggered even when the equipping character is off-field.
Alternatively, you can opt for the BP weapon, Sacrificial Jade. It is a CRIT Rate weapon that also increases Max HP and EM, both of which are beneficial for her damage.

For a more free-to-play Columbina build, use Prototype Amber. This gives her respectable amount of HP, and some energy to help her regain access to her elemental burst faster. On teams that do not have a dedicated healer, Prototype Amber can help by providing healing.

Overall, Silken Moon's Serenade is the best set for Columbina. It gives her ER for better uptime on her elemental burst, and this set also allows her to provide elemental mastery and lunar reaction damage buffs to her allies. For lunar teams, they tend to be pretty reliable on elemental mastery.

If you want a more offensive build for Columbina, you can use Aubade of Morningstar and Moon. This gives her both elemental mastery, and lunar reaction damage when off-field.
We recommend picking this if you already have another support holding the Silken Moon's Serenade as its effect does not stack.

This Columbina lunar-charged team combines Flins, Ineffa, Columbina and Sucrose. Flins is the main lunarcharged DPS, while Ineffa, Columbina and Sucrose plays around him. Ineffa provides EM buffs, Columbina for off-field damage and Lunar reaction buff and Sucrose for grouping and VV shred.
On the flip side, you can slot in Columbina to the Nefer team.
