Unfortunately, only the Twisted Withered Branch and Shivada Jade series can be pre-farmed for Odette. Since she's a new character arriving in Genshin 7.0, most of her ascension and talent materials won't be available until Snezhnaya is released.
For now, it's best to stock up on Fragile Resin, farm Twisted Withered Branch, Shivada Jade, Hero's Wit, and Mora, then save those Fragile Resins for Version 7.0 to farm her Talent materials, Unscorched Blossom Branch, and Frostfairy Flower as soon as they become available.
Starting from scratch, expect farming all of Odette's materials to take at least one week. The faster you unlock areas in Snezhnaya and the more Fragile Resin you have, the faster you can farm them all.
Since most of her ascension and upgrade materials won't be available until the new update, there's very little that can be pre-farmed.
Aside from a handful of existing resources, nearly everything else will have to be collected in the new area, making it difficult to speed up the process, no matter how much stamina is saved.

Can Odette's materials be pre-farmed?
Yes, but only partially. Before Version 7.0, only the Shivada Jade series, Twisted Withered Branch, Hero's Wit, and Mora can be pre-farmed. Most of Odette's Ascension and Talent materials will only become available once Snezhnaya is released.
What boss drops does Odette use?
Odette requires Twisted Withered Branch as her weekly boss material and Unscorched Blossom Branch as her Normal Boss material for Character Ascension.
When can Odette's materials be farmed?
Most of Odette's materials will become available in Genshin Impact Version 7.0 alongside the release of Snezhnaya. Until then, it's recommended to pre-farm the currently obtainable materials and save Fragile Resin for the new domains and bosses.
How often do Frostfairy Flower respawn?
Like other Local Specialties, Frostfairy Flower has a 48-hour respawn timer after being collected.
Should I save Fragile Resin for Odette materials?
Yes. Currently, only Twisted Withered Branch, Shivada Jade, and other basic materials can be pre-farmed. If the goal is to max out Odette on day one, saving plenty of Fragile Resin is recommended for farming her new Domains and Normal Boss materials once Version 7.0 goes live.
While only a handful of her materials can be farmed before Version 7.0, preparing them in advance will make leveling her much easier once she's released. Be sure to save plenty of Fragile Resin for Snezhnaya, as most of her Ascension and Talent materials will only become available after the update.
