The St. Patrick's Update is already live in the Grow a Garden game, starting from 10:30 PM on Sat, 14th March, 2026. The event is a week-long, limited-time content as it will come to an end at 10:30 PM on Sat, March 2026. The timings and dates may vary for different time zones.
Overview of the Event
The St. Patrick’s Update in Grow a Garden is a limited time event drop on the occasion of St. Patrick's day. The event not only brings a new vibe and theme to the game but also introduces exclusive mechanics, special seeds and plants, cosmetics and just like the alien event – mutation.
During the event, a leprechaun is hanging around in the event space of your map and he is surrounded by 4 pots of gold. Every 60 minutes, the leprechaun activates the Rainbow event that regularly affects your plants with a new mutation called Luck. Now your objective is to collect the required plants and donate them to get the exclusive rewards of the event.
Weather - Leprechaun Rainbow
As mentioned before, the Leprechaun is in the middle of the event area and plays a key role in the event. Every hour, he starts the Rainbow weather where a big rainbow appears in the sky in front of the Gear Shop and Pet shop. The rainbow weather lasts for only 10 minutes. During that rainbow period, your crops have a chance to get mutated by Luck mutation.
Additionally, you will also notice 3 pots of gold on the map. You have to walk up to the pot and hand over a total of 3 Luck mutated fruits to claim the reward shown above the gold pot. If you don’t want to wait 50 minutes for the next weather change, you can start a Rainbow event for 79 Robux.

The Four Leaf Clover is a limited time crop of the Transcendent tier that is currently available during the St. Patrick’s update. By appearance, it looks just like a normal 4 leaf clover, has light green leaves, light green beam and dark green added details. It can be obtained by submitting 3 mutated fruits to the pot of gold during the St Patrick’s event or you just directly purchase the limited Saint Patrick’s Bundle at a minimum cost of 1,199 Robux, which consists of 3 seeds.
From the shop, you can get Grow a Garden sheckles for sale for some extra help in XP farming. Unlike many of the crops we have seen so far, the Four Leaf clover is not a one time harvest. As you place the seed on the ground, a large green circle will pop around the spot of the seed that says “Egg luck boost”. You can also sell it a very good amount.
For example, I had a 4.01 kg Four Lead Clover, which sold for around 125k. To increase the size and weight of it, it is suggested to use sprinklers, pets to boost it like Moon Cats, Orange Tabby Cats or Black Cats.
The Four Leaf Clover plant, when fully grown, provides a 5% boost to the size of your pets, increases the age of a hatched pet by 10 years and increases the chance of an egg being recovered when hatched by 8%.

The St. Patrick’s update does not provide any pet as reward, but it still worth the effort, with cosmetic rewards that include:
