Method 1: Farm Sea 2 NPCs (Chance Drop Best for AFK)
All NPCs in Sea 2 are given an opportunity to drop a Bloodline Stone in Sailor Piece when defeated. The number is low, yet volume makes up, because the passive method is in effect as you go about other activities.

Method 2: Sea Beast Farming (100% Guaranteed Drop Fastest Route)
