7 Rarest Pets in Adopt Me Ranked - How to Get Them

The task of finding the rarest pet in the universe of Adopt Me can turn out to be a tedious one. They were once a part of limited-time events and can now only be achieved through trading. Their rarity is highly based on their limited time availability and high prices. Here is a list of the top 7 Rarest Pets in Adopt Me.

Shadow Dragon

The Shadow Dragon is the rarest of pets from the Adopt Me universe, with a dark, spooky feel with glowing purple eyes. It was a limited-time release during the 2019 Halloween Event from 18 October to 1 November 2019, priced at 1000 Robux in the duration of the event. After its culmination, it was no longer available since it could never be obtained from eggs either.

One of the legal ways that one could obtain this legendary pet is through trading with someone who already has one. To do so, players are often advised to offer legendary pets or high-value items in exchange for the Shadow Dragon. A few high-value pets that people often trade for the Shadow Dragon are: Bat Dragons or Frost Dragons. The another and easiest way is to buy pets Adopt Me from our trusted platform.

Bat Dragon

The Bat Dragon stands second in line for the rarest pet in Adopt Me. It has an appearance of dark wings with orange accents. It comes in two other forms- Neon Bat Dragon and Mega Neon Bat Dragon. It was released during the 2019 Halloween Event, with 180,000 candies. After the limited-time event came to an end, it was removed from the in-game shop.

Much like the Shadow Dragon, the only legal way could obtain the Bat Dragon is through trading with someone who already has one. High-value pets that are often exchanged for a Bat Dragon include: Frost dragons with add-ons or Neon pets with other add-ons.

Giraffe

Unlike the first two rare pets that rose from human fantasy, the giraffe is surprisingly an odd addition to the list. In the game of Adopt Me, it is third in the list since its introduction on July 5, 2019, as part of the Safari Egg update. It was one of the rarest pets one could achieve through the hatching of the safari egg, and since then has become a valuable pet in the community. It also comes in variants such as the Neon Giraffe and the Mega Neon Giraffe.

After the discontinuation of Safari eggs, the only way to obtain the Giraffe is through trading or hatching a remaining Safari egg. The latter offers very low chances since most of the eggs were already hatched or traded very long ago.

Frost Dragon

Making our way back to fantasy, the Frost Dragon is fourth in line for the rarest pets in Adopt Me. It has a striking blue feature with unique blue themes, signifying the winter collection. It was introduced as part of the limited Christmas event pets in December 2019. It was available for purchase for 1000 Robux directly from the event shop. It was removed from the in-game shop after the culmination of the Christmas event.

Much like the rest in the list, the only way one can obtain this pet is through trading with another player. Valued pets such as shadow dragon or bat dragons are often used to traded for a frost dragon. Players may also use neon and mega neon varieties of high-value pets, which increases the chances of acquiring a Frost Dragon.

Frost Dragon

Owl

The wise and nocturnal creature, Owl, too, is a part of the rarest pets of Adopt Me, standing fifth in line. It is widely valued for its cute design and high trade value. Like the rest of the legendary pets, the Owl was originally released on November 22, 2019, as part of the Farm Egg update. It had a hatch rate of 1.5% and hence is highly valuable.

The only possible method to acquire the owl is through trading. Due to its extreme rarity, despite being a simple and common pet, it is often valued in exchange for a Frost Dragon or a Bat Dragon.

Owl

Parrot

Next in line is another bird in the list of the rarest pets in Adopt Me- the Parrot. Much like the rest, it was a part of the Jungle egg update that was introduced on August 31, 2019. Its hatch rate is higher compared to the owl, at 3%. Since it was also a part of a limited-time upgrade, it is no longer available in the nursery. Its variation consists of the Neon Parrot and the Mega Neon Parrot.

The only way to acquire this legendary pet is through trading. It is often exchanged with higher value pets and add-ons. The Neon and Mega Neon variants carry a much higher demand.

Parrot

Evil Unicorn

Coming back to the realm of fantasy, the Evil Unicorn was a part of the Halloween Event 2019 and was priced at 108,000 candy from the event’s candy trading shop. It is customised to a spooky unicorn look with a black body, red horn and red eyes, which gives it an intimidating touch. It is no longer available in the in-game shop after the culmination of the event and hereby remains one of the most popular pets in the game of Adopt Me. Its variations include both Neon and Mega Neon Evil Unicorn.

Even the seventh and last pet in the list cannot be obtained by any other means except for trading with a player. Due to its rarity and popularity, it is often traded with Shadow Dragons, Frost Dragon and Bat Dragons. Its classic and intimidating appeal resonates with a large crowd, which further increases its value in the market.

Conclusion

The above-mentioned list ranks the rarest pets of the Adopt Me universe and the different ways in which one can obtain them. However, all of the above-mentioned pets were originally part of limited-time events such as Halloween, Christmas, etc, which decreases their availability in the game. Hence, the only way that players can legally purchase or obtain them is through in-game trading with other players.

Trading values can differ based on the rank of the pet. Neon and Mega Neon Variants are often traded for a higher value than the regular ones. Oftentimes, adding other high-value items or pets alongside the trade might help seal the deal. Therefore, it is highly advised that players participate in all kinds of events to help secure exclusive pets.
