Hailing from Roscaelifer, Claret and Roxy are next in line to become playable characters in the ZZZ 3.2 banners. While the banner order has not yet been confirmed, the drip marketing order suggests that Claret will appear in the first phase, followed by Roxy in the second. As for the ZZZ 3.2 rerun banners, no information is currently available.
ZZZ 3.2 New Characters: Claret and Roxy
The new characters for ZZZ 3.2 banners are Claret and Roxy. Here's what we know so far about them.
Claret
Claret ZZZ is the first defense-scaling Armorer class DPS in Zenless Zone Zero.
She is the head of the Flint Workshop, one of Roscaelifer’s five central departments. Claret also appeared in the Season 3 teaser, which strongly suggests that she will become a playable character soon.
Unlike most traditional damage dealers, Claret reportedly scales her offensive damage with DEF. This could make her one of the first Armorer characters designed primarily as a main DPS rather than a defensive or supporting unit.
Her leaked gameplay revolves around building a resource before entering a stronger offensive state. During this state, she can switch weapons and deliver a concentrated burst of Electric and Sharp damage.
Thorned Rose currently appears to be the Drive Disc set designed around Claret's DEF-scaling playstyle. Its effects increase the wearer's damage and provide additional CRIT Rate after reaching specific DEF thresholds.
The set also closely matches Claret's visual theme. ZZZ has previously introduced signature-style Drive Disc sets shortly before their intended Agents, although HoYoverse has not officially confirmed Thorned Rose as Claret's dedicated set.
Roxy
Roxy is an S-Rank Wind Stun agent in ZZZ.
Her primary role is to build Daze and create longer damage windows for the team. Current information also describes her as a Crit buffer who may provide different bonuses depending on the Specialty of her teammates.
That makes Roxy particularly interesting for Claret and other Crit-focused damage dealers. Instead of functioning only as a traditional on-field stunner, she may combine Daze, team buffs and personal Wind damage.

ZZZ 3.2 W-Engine Banners Leaks
If Claret and Roxy are both released as limited S-Rank Agents, each should receive a signature S-Rank W-Engine during their respective banner phase.
The expected W-Engine schedule is:
Phase 1: Crimson Thirst and the signature W-Engine of her rerun partner
Phase 2: Roxy’s signature W-Engine and the signature W-Engine of her rerun partner
Current Version 3.2 beta data has revealed both characters' signature W-Engines. Claret's signature is currently named Crimson Thirst, while Roxy's signature W-Engine is still unnamed.
ZZZ 3.2 Rerun Banners
The returning S-Rank Agents for Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.2 have not yet been confirmed.
The complete Zenless Zone Zero 3.2 banner lineup is expected to be officially revealed during the Zenless 3.2 Special Program livestream. Based on the game’s usual update schedule, the livestream could take place around the final week of August 2026, shortly before the new version launches.
Claret or Roxy: Who Should You Pull?
Still can't decide whether to pull for Claret or Roxy? Here's a quick rundown of their pros and cons, and some pull tips based on your account.
Player Situation
Better Choice
Need a new main DPS
Claret
Need a Stun Agent
Roxy
Building an Armorer team
Claret first, then Roxy
Already have strong Stun Agents
Claret
Already have several DPS characters
Roxy
Want the safer support investment
Roxy, pending final kit
Prefer transformation and burst gameplay
Claret
Limited Polychromes
Prioritize the role your account lacks
Claret is the stronger priority if your account needs a new main DPS or you specifically want to build around the Armorer archetype. Her DEF-scaling Electric damage gives her a more specialized carry role, but she may require greater team investment.
On the other hand, Roxy currently looks like the more flexible account investment. As a Wind Stun Agent with potential Crit and Armorer support, she could fit more teams and retain value even after Version 3.2. However, her final buff conditions still need confirmation.
Players heavily invested in Anomaly teams may have less immediate reason to pull in Version 3.2, since both new Agents currently appear more focused on Crit and Armorer-oriented teams. Claret prefers stunners and crit rate buffers, while Roxy is best played with Attacker and Armorer teams.
For players with limited Polychromes, prioritize Claret if you lack a strong carry and Roxy if you already have established DPS options but need stronger Stun or support coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who are the new characters in ZZZ 3.2?
Claret and Roxy are currently expected to be the two new characters released in Version 3.2. HoYoverse has officially revealed both as Season 3 characters, but their Version 3.2 placement remains unconfirmed.
Who will rerun in ZZZ 3.2?
The Version 3.2 rerun Agents have not been confirmed. There is currently no sufficiently reliable rerun information.
Are the featured A-Rank Agents confirmed?
No. The featured A-Rank Agents for both banner phases remain unknown.
Will Claret and Roxy work well together?
Current information suggests Claret and Roxy could work well together. Claret is expected to function as an Armorer DPS, while Roxy's leaked Stun and support effects may benefit Armorer and Crit-focused teams. Their exact synergy will depend on final kit values and team requirements.
Is Claret or Roxy better for F2P players?
It is too early to name a clear F2P winner. Claret may offer more immediate value as a main DPS, while Roxy could provide greater long-term flexibility as a Stun and support Agent. Their overall F2P value will ultimately depend on their M0 performance, W-Engine alternatives, and team requirements.
When is the ZZZ 3.2 livestream?
HoYoverse has not announced the ZZZ 3.2 Special Program date yet. If Version 3.2 launches around September 9, 2026, the livestream will likely air in late August, potentially around August 28, based on Version 3.1’s Special Program airing 12 days before its July 29 update.
Overall, ZZZ 3.2 is shaping up to offer two very different pull options. Claret targets players looking for a new DEF-scaling Armorer carry, while Roxy may offer broader value through Stun and team support. The biggest missing pieces are now the rerun banners, final kits, featured A-Ranks and confirmed banner phases, all of which should become clearer closer to the Version 3.2 Special Program.
