Special Attack should be your second priority because most of Dialyn’s Daze and Positive Review generation comes from her EX Special Attacks. Chain Attack is also worth upgrading because the same skill category controls her Ultimate.

Yesterday Calls is Dialyn’s best W-Engine because it supports every important part of her kit. Its CRIT Rate helps her gain more Impact from her Core Passive, while the off-field Energy Regen lets her use her EX Special Attacks more consistently without taking too much field time.
Best Dialyn Build Alternative W-Engines
Hellfire Gears is generally Dialyn’s best alternative. Its off-field Energy Regen is weaker than Yesterday Calls, but Dialyn can easily build its Impact stacks by cycling through her three EX Special Attacks.
Steam Oven is her best accessible A-Rank option. It provides a large Energy Regen stat and converts stored Energy into Impact. The main drawback is that Dialyn regularly consumes Energy, so maintaining its maximum Impact bonus can be difficult.

When a Stun character uses an EX Special Attack or Chain
Attack, all squad members gain 15% CRIT DMG for 15 seconds.
If the equipper has at least 50% CRIT Rate, the squad gains
an additional 15% CRIT DMG. Repeated triggers refresh the
duration, but effects with the same name do not stack.
King of the Summit is almost perfectly designed for Dialyn. Its two-piece effect increases Daze by 6%, while its four-piece effect increases the entire squad’s CRIT DMG after a Stun Agent uses an EX Special Attack or Chain Attack.
The set normally provides 15% CRIT DMG, but this increases to 30% when the wearer has at least 50% CRIT Rate. Since Dialyn already wants to build CRIT Rate for her Core Passive, she can activate the full effect consistently.
Woodpecker Electro is the best two-piece secondary set because it provides another 8% CRIT Rate. However, once Dialyn reaches 100% CRIT Rate without it, ou can use Swing Jazz for additional Energy Regen instead!

her ATK. This damage is treated as EX Special Attack DMG and
can trigger once per second, up to 12 times.
Gaining Aftertone again refreshes its trigger count. Only one
squad member can have Aftertone at a time.
Why It Is Good
M6 turns every Ultimate Dialyn upgrades into a large source of
additional Physical damage. The effect can trigger repeatedly
while an ally attacks, greatly increasing Dialyn's off-field
contribution during the team's damage window.
