As with most agents, Core Skill should be the top priority, as it boosts both Daze and Crit DMG she gains for every 1% of Crit Rate. Her Special Attack should also be prioritized, since it serves as her main source of damage and Daze. Next, level up Chain Attack to enhance the damage and Daze from her Ultimate and Chain Attack. Basic Attack, Dodge, and Assist can be left as low-priority investments.

Best W-engines for Norma

Norma's best W-engines are Head Lackey, Roaring Fur-nace, and Precious Fossilized Core.

Signature W-engine

Head Lackey is Norma's best W-engine. With a Crit rate main stats, Norma gets to increase her crit damage via Core Passive. She also gets Impact, Fire RES reduction, and teamwide damage buff, essentially making her an all-rounder.

Increases the equipper's Impact by 15%. DMG dealt ignores 10% of the target's Fire RES. When the equipper deals DMG with an [EX Special Attack], increases DMG dealt by the whole squad by 8% for 8s. Max 3 stacks. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Can be triggered once per skill at most. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad.

Alternative W-engine

Alternatively, you can use the Roaring Fur-nace W-engine to increase the daze dealt by your skills, and amplify your team's damage by up to 20% after inflicting Fire DMG.

For a more free-to-play-friendly option, pick up the A-rank W-engine, Precious Fossilized Core. It provides Impact and you can deal higher daze this way the more HP the enemy has.

The best Drive Disc set for Norma is 4-piece King of the Summit.

King of the Summit

For Norma’s best Drive Disc set, King of the Summit is the go-to option. It boosts her damage while also giving a teamwide Crit DMG buff, so she doesn’t just hit harder herself but helps the whole team as well. It fits her kit nicely too, since she naturally wants to build high Crit Rate anyway.

Norma is an S-rank Stunner, so she’s typically used in teams with an Attacker, Rupture, and Support agents. With her arsenal of versatile buffs, she can be paired with almost any DPS in the game, except Anomaly-based ones.

Pyrois, Norma and Astra Yao

Pyrois is a DPS that benefits greatly from Norma’s stun-related damage buffs, and since Norma can also generate Decibels, Pyrois gains faster access to its Ultimate. In return, Norma contributes solid personal damage while also applying Daze through her turret.

Astra Yao rounds out the team as the main healer and damage buffer, keeping the squad sustained while boosting overall output.

Yixuan, Norma and Lucia

Rupture agents such as Yixuan can work well with Norma.
