ZZZ 3.0 New Characters
Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.0 introduces two brand-new S-Rank Agents that headline the start of Season 3: Velina and Norma.
Velina
Velina is the first character in Version 3.0, and she's from the Roscaelifer faction.

She is an S-Rank Wind Anomaly agent who excels as an off-field sub-DPS and support for Anomaly teams. She continuously applies Wind Anomaly while off the field, deals respectable personal damage, and boosts the team's overall Anomaly performance by reducing enemies' Anomaly Buildup RES.
On top of that, she inflicts high Daze, making it easier to stun enemies while enabling frequent Disorder reactions alongside other Anomaly characters.

Norma
On the flip side, Norma is an S-rank Fire Stun unit from the External Strategy Department.

Her role is akin to Dialyn's. She stuns enemies and provides a bunch of stun- and damage-related buffs and debuffs. Most importantly, she deals damage off-field and triggers another character's ability, this time, it's a Chain Attack.

ZZZ 3.0 Rerun characters
Interestingly, Ye Shunguang and Sunna, who happen to be featured on the same team, are getting their first reruns.
Ye Shunguang
Ye Shunguang is an S-rank Honed Edge Attacker DPS.

Like any other Void Hunter there is in ZZZ, she is strong lore and meta-wise. Even in Season 3, Ye Shunguang is still considered one of the best. Ye Shunguang is designed to stay on the field for extended periods, dealing sustained damage while cycling through her skills. She lives off her Qingming Sword Force stacks, which she can use to enter her special Enlightened Mind state.
Sunna
From the Angels of Delusions idol group, Sunna is an S-rank Physical Support.

Sunna is one of the most sought-after supports right now, especially for Attacker and ATK-scaling DPS such as Ye Shunguang, Miyabi, Aria and Pyrois. She provides powerful ATK and damage buffs, grants Ether Veils, and deals damage based on a squadmate's stats.
Upcoming Banner
HoYoverse has officially revealed the Version 3.1 banners following the Special Program. This ZZZ Banner Schedule guide covers all confirmed featured agents, banner phases, and release dates for Version 3.1.
Based on the official Version 3.1 banner announcement, Remielle will headline the Phase 1 banners, while Sigrid will take the spotlight in Phase 2. As for rerun characters, Aria will have her first rerun during the phase 1, while Phase 2 will have a total of three agent reruns.

Future Banners
Here's what we know so far about the ZZZ Banner Schedule beyond 3.1!
ZZZ 3.2 Banners
Version 3.2 is still a long way off, but Claret and Roxy are shaping up to be the stars of the patch. HoYoverse hasn't officially revealed the Version 3.2 banners yet, though everything so far points toward these two making their long-awaited debut.

Claret and Roxy first appeared in the Season 3 teaser, "Before the Wind Rises," where they quickly caught the community's attention. Since HoYoverse has already confirmed that both characters will eventually become playable, Version 3.2 is currently the strongest candidate for their release.

This becomes even more convincing with the latest Version 3.1 leaks, which mention a new Drive Disc set called Thorned Rose. Based on its name and overall aesthetic, no recently revealed agent seems to fit it better than Claret.
