Why was my order automatically cancelled?

1. The order isn't delivered because the seller cannot get in touch with the buyer will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the buyer's U7BUY wallet seven days after order exceeds delivery time.

2. The order isn't delivered because the buyer cannot get in touch with the seller, if buyer doesn't submit refund application or initiate dispute on website, will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the buyer's U7BUY wallet three days after order exceeds delivery time.
