Why it shows "Duplicate product name" when I add offers?

We set a limit in "ITEM, ACCOUNT, BOOSTING, COACHING" service that one seller can't upload duplicate offers if the offer belongs to same【Platform/Region/Server】.
There will have an error tips poping up as " Duplicate product name"
Error tip will pop up too if your new offer tittle is duplicated with offsaled or sold offers.
