When will the funds be added to available balance?
For Coins, Items, Boosting, Coaching, Gift card Service: 3 days at least, 6 days at most
3 days for automatically from delivered to completed.
3 days after the order is completed.
For Account Service: 14 days at least, 17 days at most
14 days for automatically from delivered to completed.
3 days after the order is completed.
Note: Account orders cannot be comfirmed by buyer.
For Direct Top Up Service: 1 day at least, 2 days at most
1 day for automatically from delivered to completed.
1 day after the order is completed.
For Login Top-Up Service: 14 days at least, 17 days at most
3 days for automatically from delivered to completed.
14 day after the order is completed.
Note:
①Order status will be changed into completed once buyer confirm receipt in his u7buy member page. If buyer ignores confirming, order status will be changed into completed automatically in 3 days.
②If a full refund is given to the customer after the order is confirmed, the amount will need to be deducted from the balance, and deductions to a negative number are supported.
The seller can initiate a withdrawal application at any time, and U7BUY will complete the payment within 3-7 working days after the withdrawal application is submitted, except for special circumstances such as incorrect address or bank holidays.
