Login Top-Up Service: Seller & Order Requirements

Seller Requirements

To offer Login Top-Up services, sellers must meet the following criteria:

1.Order Completed Amount: A minimum of 80 completed orders.

2.Successful Delivery Rate: A completion rate of at least 75%.

If a seller's account falls below these requirements, their offers will be taken down and their permission to sell top-up services will be revoked.

 

Order Requirements

Once an order is completed, sellers must submit detailed proof of the transaction. If there are any disputes or the order is canceled, u7buy will evaluate the situation based on the “Delivery Proof” and “Payment Receipt” provided.

 

Delivery Proof:

● Must show the transaction amounts before and after the transaction.

● Must display the customer's ID.

● Must include the transaction date on the screen.

● Must be an unedited full screenshot.

 

Payment Receipt:

● Must show the payment method used.

● Must include the transaction date.

● Must display the transaction currency.

● Must show the transaction amount.

● Must include the name and address.

● Must clearly indicate that the payment was not made using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

● Must be an unedited full screenshot.

1.  Privacy Note:

Example screenshots in this document have been blurred for privacy. Sellers should not blur or obscure any information when submitting proof.

2.  Compliance Requirements:

If the seller fails to provide the required proof, the payment will not be processed until valid proof is received.
