I have delivered but the buyer has not confirm receipt

You can try to contact and ask the buyer to confirm receipt after the order is completed. However, if the buyer has not confirmed receipt after 3 days , the system will automatically complete the order.

Note: Account service does not support "confirm receipt" function, you have to wait 14 days till order status becomes "order completed".
