What if I receive a negtive order comment?

Sometimes you will be bothered by a bad comment which was made by buyer.

And you have solved buyer's question, just wanna change your feedback to improve your good feedback rate.

Every buyer has 1 chance to modify the comment, you can teach him to modify the comment:

1. Log into buyer account, click "Purchased order”.

2. Enter the order detail page, head to the bottom part.

3. Find "Order Comment" part and can modify comment there.
