I get new order notice in chat but can't find new order in "Sold Order" page?

Sometimes we need to verify the buyer for the risk control reason. At that situation, you can't see the order in "Sold Order" page, but you can see the new order notice in chat.
Don't worry, that's not a bug. That's because we are verifying the buyer. You will see the order in "Sold Order" once the verification approved.

Short to say, you can only send the order which you can see in "Sold Order" page. If you send the order while it's not in "Sold Order" page, we won't pay for that order.
