What is the Successful Delivery rate in store?

Successful Delivery Rate =(order delivered orders' amount+order completed orders' amount) / all received orders' amount

Note:

All received orders' amount does not include those orders which didn't pass verification. In other words, those refunded orders which didnt go through "pending delivery" are not counted in all received orders. So the best way to keep successful delivery rate high is to avoid refunding as much as you can.
