Order shows Wrong Backup Code , how to Get Origin Backup Codes?
1. Log on www.origin.com with your Origin Account Email and Origin Password. You can see a login button in the upper right corner of the page. 2. Click Account Settings , then choose Security. Make sure your Login Verification Status is On. 3. Click View to get the Backup Codes. Make sure the backup codes you submit on U7BUY are all UN-USED, you can also click Create New Codes if they are all used. Attention: Everytime you make an order, you need to create and fill in 4 brand new backup codes which you didn't fill before. I do not get full coins after the orders says Completed, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. It could be the following reasons that you don't get all the coins you ordered, please read carefully and we guarantee the problem would be fixed. 1) Check the transfer list of your account, there is one card or more cards selling on the market, that's the reason why you missed coins. After the cards get sold, you will get the full amount of coins you bought. If the cards are expired and unsold, you can relist it by yourself: a. Go to contact customer service and check the lowest price of the market in your FC24 games. b. Show us a picture of the lowest one. Then relist your unsold player 10k cheaper than the lowest one. c. After it was sold (it's easy to be sold ), you can contact us again and we will compensate you for the lost coins that you relist players to ensure that you can get full coins. If you don't want to relist it by yourself, you can let us know, we will log back in your account to operate those steps and relist the cards. Please do not feel anxious when you see it, we will solve the problem for you. 2) Please check if there are any players in your Available Items of the transfer list, if so, please list them following market price and contact our customer service, then let us know what price you list, we will compensate the amount you missed. 3) Log out of your team and log back again, check if the coins amount shows correctly. 4) Check if you had given us the correct game account. You can contact us any time when you find you didn't get full coins, we will fix it right away once we get your feedback. If your order shows Multiple Orders in 24Hrs. Order status Delivering, when could it be completed?
Delivering means we are delivering coins to your account at the moment. The normal coins delivery speed is 300K-500K/Hour, you can check the Progress bar and see how much time left. It might takes longer than the normal speed when stock is short or when we receive too many orders in short time, please wait patiently. You will see Completed in order status once the order is done. You will also receive email notifications when the order is done.

Why I can't sign back into my ultimate team after delivery occasionally?
This happens when you log back into your account while the order status still shows Delivering. You need to wait until the order status shows Completed. Delivery system has a 30min cool down after it delivers the coins. You're not able to log in during this time even though the progress bar is full or the amount of coins seems right.

Refund Policy
1. All orders purchased on U7BUY will not be refunded unless the following conditions are met: 1) The buyer did not receive their order. Cancellations and refunds are possible at any time as long as the product has not been delivered or has been partially delivered. To cancel a transaction, please initiate a request to cancel the order. 2) The product received by the buyer does not match the product description. 2. In the following cases, refunds are not supported: 1) The buyer has verified and confirmed receipt of the order (Except for the product has problem, like the account got banned/ account info got changed after days etc.) 2) Transactions made outside of U7BUY. 3) If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, remorse, purchased the product by mistake and never escalate the order within 72 hours . And the buyer's computer configuration does not match the product requirements, etc., no refund will be given. 4) Buying any product from the U7BUY platform means that the buyer understands, acknowledges and accepts this disclaimer. 5) U7BUY does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to take legal action and permanently suspend the buyer's account for fraudulent claims. 3. The buyer must confirm that the received item conforms to the product description on the website and has been completely received before clicking Confirm Receipt. Clicking Confirm Receipt indicates that the transaction is complete, meaning that you have received the complete order and are satisfied with the purchased items, and agree to release payment to the seller. No refunds will be given for confirmed receipt and completed orders. 4. In the event of a transaction dispute, the buyer can provide evidence verification to U7BUY customer service staff to apply for dispute resolution. This dispute can be initiated 24 hours after the seller completes the transaction. 5. All payment disputes or chargeback are not within the scope of U7BUY's acceptance. U7BUY will stop the investigation, in which case any requests including refunds will not be entertained. 6. All sales contracts are strictly made between the relevant seller and the relevant buyer. U7BUY can assist the buyer or seller in the case of disputes after the establishment of the sales contract, but does not assume any responsibility or obligation for the sales contract in any way. 7. Depending on the type of payment method you used, refunds can usually take up to 14 days to process. This is because banks usually do not complete refunds immediately, and it may take up to 14 days for the authorized funds to expire. 8. Refund Conditions for Different Products 1) Gift Cards & Video Games: Generally, we are not responsible for loss or damage to digital products. Once delivered to the buyer's account, the product is deemed "downloaded and used," making it typically non-refundable. If the product is unusable due to inherent quality issues (e.g,, invalid codes or mismatched redemption content), our 24/7 online customer service can assist with returns or exchanges. 2) Direct Top-Up Services: If there is an error in the recharge account ID information provided by the buyer, a refund can be issued upon confirmation by customer service 3) Other Game ltems: Purchasing such items may breach the terms of the game's developer/publisher, potentially leading to account penalties. U7BUY explicitly states that we do not accept refunds or cancellations for orders that contravene game policies. When will the funds be added to available balance ?
For Coins, Items, Boosting, Coaching, Top up, Gift card Service: 3 days after the order is completed. For Account Service: 7 days after the order is completed. Tip: Order status will be changed into completed once buyer confirm receipt in his u7buy member page. If buyer ignores confirming,order status will be changed into completed automaticly in 3 days.(7 days for account service) The seller can initiate a withdrawal application at any time, and U7BUY will complete the payment within 1-2 working days after the withdrawal application is submitted, except for special circumstances such as incorrect address or bank holidays.

What does "problem order" status mean?
Some times seller can see new orders come with a status "problem order" Remember not to send such order as the order has problem (most likely it has risk in payment) You can only send the orders which staus is normal.

Account selling rules
1.For the same type of account (same title, product description, price), the seller is allowed to upload up to five times. Tips:If you want to upload multiple accounts of the same type, you can select automatic delivery when selecting the delivery type, automatic delivery type offer can add multiple account information. 2.Sellers are not allowed to write misleading product descriptions or titles that may trick buyers into buying the product. For example, writing "Lifetime warranty for accounts", saying that the account is full access when it's not. 3.Sellers are fully responsible for accounts that they sell.Even if you are reselling the account, you are still responsible for the account. 4.The account for sale must come from a legitimate source. 5.The seller must clearly notify the buyer of any restrictions on the account. For example:The game accounts you sell can only be played in the specific regions. 6.Once an account is sold, the seller should not make any attempt to log in, recover or otherwise use the account and any related logins, unless requested to do so by the buyer. 7.For automatic deliverying accounts, you must fill in the correct account information in the offer. We understand that sometimes your account will be sold elsewhere, but if this happens to you too often, we will disqualify you from selling. 8.Seller must have the full original access of the account and its recovery information so that any issue that may arise can be resolved by the seller. Otherwise, seller is liable when a trade dispute occurs. 9.When delivering account, seller must transfer the ownership of the account access fully to the buyer. Account access ownership transfer means changing the account registration and login info to buyer's details, and also provide the original registration information. This is to enable buyer to use their own details and original account information to contact and resolve issue with the gamemaker. 10.Sellers with a high rate of account recovery will be permanently banned. 11.Accounts have a 5-day warranty for buyers. If an account stops working, gets banned or recovered during this period, the sale will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. 12.After the warranty period ends, sellers can still be held liable. If an account you sold is recovered after the 5-day protection period, u7buy will perform an investigation. If we find the seller to be at fault, you may need to refund the buyer and/or be suspended from u7buy. To avoid suspension, make sure you communicate with buyers even after warranty period ends. Fortnite 1.Your offer must clearly state what platforms the Fortnite account can be linked to (ex. Xbox + Playstation, PC + Playstation, etc.). By listing a platform, you guarantee that the buyer will be able to use the account on that platform. 2.You must clearly inform buyers about the risks involved, such as mentioning that they should not contact Epic Games support. If you fail to do so, you will be held responsible in a dispute. 3.If you are selling an account where it is not immediately possible to change the email - this must be included in the description. You must also provide full access to the linked email, as with all accounts. 4.If you choose to sell Fortnite accounts with Russian email domains, there is an increased risk of cancellations for problematic orders. This is a factor you should be aware of before listing these accounts on our website. Valorant 1.You must list accounts in the correct category. Example - Iron accounts only in the Iron category, and so on. 2.Rank listed must be current season rank. 3.You may not sell accounts which were leveled with cheats or other illegal software, to protect buyers from the risk of ban. GTA V 1.You must clearly state which platform (ie. Epic Games, Rockstar, PS5, etc.) the account is for. 2.You must also state which game version is included (Expanded and Enhanced, Regular, etc). 3.Selling FiveM accounts is allowed in this section, as long as buyers are clearly informed that GTA V is required to play.

What if I receive a negtive order comment?
Sometimes you will be bothered by a bad comment which was made by buyer. And you have solved buyer's question, just wanna change your feedback to improve your good feedback rate. Every buyer have 1 chance to modify their comment, you can teach him to modify the comment: 1. Log into buyer account, click "Purchased order” 2. Enter the order detail page, head to the bottom part. 3. Find "Order Comment" part and you can modify comment there. (All operation should be operated by buyer, u7buy can't change comment)
