How to cancel an order?

1. When buyer makes an order, the order status is Pending Verification. This status means the platform is reviewing this order and buyer cannot initiate a refund application under the status, please contact support team via [email protected] to issue a refund. Order ultimately fails to pass the platform's review will be returned to buyer's original payment account.

2. When buyer
makes an order, the order status is Pending Delivery. This status means seller hasn't been ready for delivery. If buyer requests to cancel the order at this stage, the order will be cancelled immediately after the platform reviews the refund application.

3. When seller has been ready to delivery, the order status will change to Delivering. Buyer will no longer be able to request for order cancellation but can escalate the issue if buyer and seller are unable to reach a solution.

4. Once seller has confirmed the delivery of all goods, the order status will change to Order Delivered and buyer will no longer be able to request for order cancellation, but buyer can escalate the issue if buyer and seller are unable to reach a solution.

5. Once buyer has confirmed received all goods, the order status will change to Order Completed and buyer cannot initiate a refund application under the status, please contact support team via [email protected] to issue a refund.
