How to open a dispute?
1. If there is any transaction dispute or receipt problem, you can contact the seller to solve the problem. Most issues are raised due to miscommunication and can actually be solved quickly between buyer and seller. We strongly recommend that buyer and seller communicate through U7BUY Web Chat to solve the problem.
Evidence or screenshots about the dispute case should be submitted when buyer opens a dispute or be sent into chat. It will be helpful for seller and U7BUY to solve the dispute case, will also help buyer get more chance to win the dispute.
2. If the problem can't be solved by seller, you can click the "Report" button to seek mediation from U7BUY. It may take 7 days for U7BUY to investigate and make a final decision on the matter.
3. You can cancel the dispute by clicking "Cancel Report" in your order page once the problem gets solved by seller or you figure it out.
Note: Buyer can only initiate one transaction dispute per order, so please cancel the dispute after confirming order was fully delivered or the issue was solved completely.
4. If you cannot open a dispute or you get any other unsolved question which is not solved by seller, then you can contact U7BUY support team via [email protected].
