How to issue a full or partial refund?

1. If the seller provides a full refund, refund amount does not require confirmation by the buyer, U7BUY will submit a refund application through the refund method pre-selected by the buyer.

Note: To ensure the safety of funds, the seller needs to carefully confirm when agreeing to a full refund.

2. If the seller provides a partial refund, the partial refund amount must be filled in the dispute, and the buyer must be reminded to click confirm. After the buyer clicks confirm, the dispute ends and U7BUY will refund the corresponding amount to the buyer.

Note: If the buyer does not confirm the partial refund amount in time, the dispute will still be automatically escalated to U7BUY after 5 days.

3. If the dispute has ended but the seller and buyer still agree to a refund, please contact the U7BUY support team for processing.
