Charged by payment gateways (KuCoin Pay, Visa/Mastercard, Crypto Wallets, Bank Transfer) for transaction clearing; fully visible on the checkout page before payment submission.

Platform Wallet Balance Payment:
0% processing fee, no extra surcharge for all order categories.

Credit / Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard):
Fixed rate: 3.6% + $0.5 flat fee per single order.

KuCoin Pay (USDT, BTC, ETH etc.):
Fixed rate: 0.99% flat fee, no extra fixed surcharge.

Important Buyer Fee Notes:

Payment fees are non-refundable in all scenarios, including order cancellation, partial refund or full order refund after payment is completed.
If your payment fails due to incorrect chain/channel selection, the processing fee will not be returned even if funds are refunded to your original wallet/card.
