Order shows "Customer Online", what should I do?

1. Order status says Customer Online means either you are on your Console/PC or Web/Companion App while we were trying to log in your account, we cannot log in while you are on it. So please log out and try to "Get Coins" again.

 

2. If you've already logged out and it still says customer online, try to "Get Coins" again in 15mins, EA system needs some time to cool down.
