Order shows "Wrong account/password", what should I do?

Update Time:

1. Your EA credentials are wrong, you can confirm by logging in on FUT WEB/Companion APP.

 

2. If you can’t be sure about your password, you can click Forget your password to reset a new password.

3. After confirm the correct login details, find your current order in Purchased Order, fill in the correct credentials, click Submit. We will restart your order right away.
