New Seller Important Guidelines

All sellers must strictly comply with U7BUY Seller Policies:

1. Update order status promptly and maintain active communication with buyer once you receive a new order.

2. Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner.

3. Turn your store offline when you are unavailable to fulfill orders. Failure to do so will damage your store reputation and reduce your order exposure.

4. After order completion, you may invite buyers to leave positive reviews for your store and our platform to boost credibility for both your shop and U7BUY.

5.  Off-platform private contact with buyers is prohibited under any circumstances.

6. Set a reasonable estimated delivery time for your listings.

7. Preserve all delivery evidence and transaction records after each order is fully completed.

8. Never mark an order as finished before you complete full delivery to the buyer.


Supplementary Rule Notice:
Violations of the above rules will result in reputation score deductions, restricted offer ranking exposure, listing removal or permanent selling permission suspension based on severity.
