Complete Seller Violation & Tiered Penalty Policy

1. Penalty Tiers & Definitions

U7BUY implements 4 progressive penalty levels for seller violations: L1 Warning, L2 Game Category Restriction, L3 Full Store Suspension, L4 Permanent Blacklist.

L1 Warning – Individual Offer Hidden (Minor Violation)

Non-compliant listings will be hidden with reduced search ranking. Sellers can fix issues independently to restore listings without agent review.

L2 Game Category Sales Restriction (Medium Violation)

All offers under the violated game/product line will be removed.

L3 Permanent Full Store Suspension (Severe Violation)

Your entire store will be shut down permanently. Wallet balance can be withdrawn normally if no pending buyer compensation liabilities exist.

L4 Permanent Blacklist (Extreme Violation)

Permanent store closure, lifetime ban on new seller registration, full fund freeze for buyer compensation. You will never be allowed to re-join U7BUY as a seller.

2. Automatic Penalty Escalation Rules

Repeated L1 violations within 3 consecutive months → Automatically upgraded to L2

3 separate L2 violations of the same violation type → Automatically upgraded to L3

3. Violation Matching Penalty Standards

Penalty L1 (Hide single offer & lower ranking)

Messy listing titles/tags, minor asset description mismatch, slow buyer message replies, invalid estimated delivery time settings and other trivial breaches.

Penalty L2 (Ban sales of related game/category)

Repeated unresolved minor violations, consistent delayed delivery, minor hidden asset information, premature order completion multiple times.

Direct Penalty L3 (Permanent full store shutdown)

Inducing off-platform private transactions, fake asset screenshots, mass misleading listing descriptions, harassing buyers, mass delayed fulfillment leading to bulk complaints.

Direct Penalty L4 (Permanent blacklist & fund freeze)

Malicious account retrieval after delivery, selling hacked/stolen accounts & illegal assets, forged ID/card verification materials, retaliatory false disputes against buyers, repeated severe violations after penalty lifting.

Critical Reminder

All sellers acknowledge full acceptance of platform policies once any listing is published. Penalties will be enforced tier by tier, and repeated violations trigger automatic escalation. There is no appeal or reinstatement chance for L3 and L4 penalties. All sellers must strictly follow U7BUY trading rules to avoid irreversible store restrictions.
