U7BUY UGC Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
1. The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, or with parental consent where applicable.
2. Participants must have a valid U7BUY account.
3. Employees, Registed-affiliate account of U7BUY are not eligible for rewards.
4. Multiple U7BUY accounts receiving Coins, FC Players, or other rewards are not allowed to withdraw these rewards to the same EA account.
How to Participate
To enter the Program, participants must:
1. Create an original video related to U7BUY that meets the Campaign Rules & Video Requirements.
2. Post the video on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or Facebook (only these platforms are eligible).
3. Submit the video via the official U7BUY submission form, including accurate platform, video title, and video link.
4. Agree to these Terms & Conditions and the U7BUY User Agreement.
Content Guidelines
1. Submitted videos must be original, created by the participant, and must not infringe any personal rights of third parties. By submitting your video, you confirm you are the sole owner of the content submitted.
2. Videos must comply with the content standards set forth in the Rules & Video Requirements.
3. Any video found to contain offensive, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
Compliance with Laws and Brand Protection
1. All video content must comply with the advertising and data privacy laws of the participant’s region, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable local regulations.
2. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their content adheres to these legal requirements.
3. By participating, you agree to maintain the brand integrity of U7BUY.
4. Deceptive or manipulative promotion methods are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Cooperation with Unauthorized Platforms
Participants must not cooperate with any platform or individual that plagiarizes or impersonates U7BUY. All collaborations should be conducted through official U7BUY channels to ensure the brand's integrity and the legality of the participant.
Engaging in Unfair Practices
Participants must avoid incorrect traffic attribution, impersonating U7BUY, or manipulating data. All content and interactions must be authentic and transparent, in compliance with the platform's fair participation principles.
Use of Prohibited Traffic Generation Methods
Participants are prohibited from using CPC (Cost Per Click) or similar traffic generation methods to artificially inflate video performance or engagement. Such actions will result in automatic disqualification.
Campaign Start and End Time
The start and end times of the campaign are subject to the specifications listed on the campaign page. Please regularly check the campaign page for the latest information and schedule.
Reward Types and Distribution
1. Prizes may include:
a. Consumable balance (balance usable on the U7BUY platform only)
b. FC Players
c. FC Coins
d. Discount coupons
2. U7BUY reserves the right to verify video performance (e.g., view count, engagement) before determining reward eligibility.
3. Rewards are delivered automatically to the participant’s U7BUY account within 3 business days after the campaign ends.
Duplicate or Ineligible Submissions
1. Avoid duplicate or ineligible submissions.
2. If you post the same video on multiple platforms, only the best-performing version will be considered.
3. If you submit different videos across platforms, each video will be reviewed independently.
4. Do not reuse video links or submit content that isn't yours.
Reward Forfeiture and Account Action
U7BUY reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or deny rewards, and may suspend or terminate user accounts for any of the following, including but not limited to:
1. Fraud or manipulation
2. Violation of these Terms
3. Use of deceptive or misleading promotional methods
Disqualification
U7BUY reserves the right to disqualify any submission or participant that:
● Submits duplicate video links or plagiarized content
● Uses bots or automation to inflate engagement
● Fails to comply with these Terms or other applicable rules
Personal Data
By participating, you consent to U7BUY collecting and processing your personal data (e.g., account ID, social handles, submission content) for campaign administration and reward delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Modification and Termination
U7BUY may modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice due to technical failures, regulatory concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Enforcement and Dispute Resolution
U7BUY retains the sole right to interpret, enforce, and amend these Terms & Conditions, and to resolve any disputes or ambiguities that may arise from participant behavior or rule violations.
Participation in the U7BUY UGC Program confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
