Will Madden NFL Do It Again?02/14/2018
Madden started simulating the Super Bowl in 2004 and has proven to be very accurate with his predictions. The video game record at that time is a strong 10-4, which is good news for Patriots fans. Last year, Madden was right to say that New England would beat the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI, although no one anticipated how the Pats came out on top. In real life, New England needed a furious advance to clear a 28-3 deficit and win in overtime, 34-28. The odds are that this year's Super Bowl is not that iconic, but it should still be a great game between two talented teams.
We can give some hope to the Eagles fans, because one of the few times that Madden was wrong about the Super Bowl involved the Patriots. When the 18-0 team of 2007 faced the New York Giants wild card, the video game made New England win 38-30, but the Giants scored one of the biggest surprises in sports with a 17-14 victory.
Coincidence or prior knowledge?
One thing that life has always shown us is that coincidences do not exist, because everything happens for something. That is, there are different changes and actions in the present that change the future considerably (paraphrasing Wizz from Dragon Ball Super). However, we still have the question of who knows who the Super Bowl winner will be and EA intentionally places it in their Madden NFL video games, and will make any change of Madden NFL 18 coins?
Do you think so? Do you think that they already know who is going to be the winner of the Super Bowl? Leave us your opinion in the comment box.
