Elder Scrolls Online - Season of the Dragon02/07/2019
January 2019 marks the beginning of the Season of the Dragon in Elder Scrolls Online. The season will last one year. A new expansion, three DLCs, and a significant patch are part of the season. The first feature of the Season of the Dragon is the Wrathstone DLC. This is a dungeon DLC that packs two new dungeons. Players who unlock the DLC gain access to Depths of Malatar and Frostvault dungeons. As always, the DLC is included in the premium subscription or it can be bought separately from the game store. These dungeons don't bring just new challenges but also the introduction to the Season of the Dragon story. The new DLC will be accompanied by a new game patch. The base game is being updated with some new PvP content. Players will be able to fight in a new battleground called Eld Angvar. The battleground is not located on Tamriel so don't be surprised by its looks. The zone guide is a new feature that will be introduced with the patch. Players will gain access to a zone journal that records quests, delves, skyshards, and more. This will be an amazing tool for new players as they can check out to see if they've missed anything. Those who like to complete Elder Scrolls Online content will find this new feature extremely handy. The racial passive abilities system was reworked. Each race has a series of perks. Players will discover that the play style might change now depending on the race too, not just on the class. If you are buying Elder Scrolls Online gold or selling items at the guild trader, you will be happy to know that the user interface for this feature was updated. Players will be able to search items by name, to see the search history, and to see the price per unit.
A new Elder Scrolls Online expansion is coming in June. It is called Elsweyr and it will allow players to explore the home of the Khajiit race. It also features a new class, the Necromancer. The two remaining DLCs will be released after the expansion.
