FUT 20 is down? How to know when the server is offline02/07/2020
FUT 20 is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Switch, where it is possible to play online, via multiplayer mode, against players from the same platforms. The EA Sports football title always features modes where multiple participants can enter the games and have fun with friends or strangers. However, the servers may not always be available. Follow U7BUY’s lead and learn how to check when the game is offline, preventing further clashes today!
To find out if the game is not working, the first step is to try to play online against someone on your favorite console or on the PC. If you don't connect, the chances of having problems are great. However, to check if the problem is with the game server, and not your internet, follow the steps:
Step 1. Access the EA Sports official address: https://help.ea.com/en/FUT/FUT-20/;
Step 2. Click on the phrase “Server Status”, or “Server Status”;
Step 3. Check that all platforms are listed with a green up arrow - in this case, the servers are functioning normally, online.
If the arrow is red, it means that there are problems with the server. In addition, for some reason, the official FUT 20 website does not list the Nintendo Switch platform, even though this version has online multiplayer. In this case, it is necessary to check inside Nintendo's servers.
EA is preparing something for the cheaters
Some people are saying that servers are down because EA is preparing a big patch that will solve most of the problems with the cheaters and toxic players.
Bugs of disconnection from matches and manipulation in the organization of matches in the Weekend League are also prohibited practices in FUT 20. In such cases, cheating players may not receive defeat by disconnection and reach the competitive scenario more easily. Cheating brings injustice to the game and undermines the competitive experience of players.
Falsifying personal data
When creating an EA Account, the company asks the player to enter the true and correct personal data. There is no item in the rules of conduct that specifies the falsification of personal data, but "trying to obtain passwords, data, account information or other private information from anyone else on EA Services" and "impersonating someone else or falsely implying that it is an EA employee or representative "are practices contrary to the developer’s policies.
