Squad battles are the key UT mode for whoever does not like playing online and usually goes for a more relaxing approach instead. There are many reasons why people play in Squad Battles. Gamers could play them to get UT Rewards, to complete some objectives that will earn them some packs or players, or just to have fun. EA received a lot of feedback from the players claiming that the length of the matches in that mode is excessive(6 minutes per half), so they decided to make the community happier by reducing it to 4 minutes! Now it’s gonna take way less time to complete some objectives that are a grind.

Play Styles
The play styles are going to introduce a new dynamic in UT 24 because it will help you understand better which players will fit best in your team, as you will be able to have players that will play as close as reality in UT 24. These play styles will substitute the player traits of FUT 23, and thanks to OPTA( as they collect football data) and the Hypermotion V, these play styles will be very accurate and will give exclusive characteristics to the players.
It’s a great addition to the game as the gameplay will feel way more authentic and realistic.

You will be able to change a player’s Play Style in Ultimate Team, and you will be also able to update your Evolution player’s Play Style by completing some UT objectives.
Evolution
Evolution is a new feature added to EA Sports FC 24. The community is very hyped about this new addition as now gamers can use a lower overall UT card and upgrade their stats and their overall. The cards will be able to evolve and improve their stats, skill moves, work rates, play styles, alternative positions, and even their weak foot!
How can I evolve as a player in EA Sports FC 24 Evolutions?
You can evolve the player by completing certain specific Objectives(that will be mainly on Squad Battles and Division Rivals). You will be able to find the challenges under the Evolutions tab.
Some examples of these objectives are ‘score 1 goal with x player’ or ‘ play 3 matches with x player to get an upgrade’.
Sadly, not every card will be able to be upgraded in UT. You have to check the requirements of the card to see if the one you’re looking forward to upgrading can.
Also, it is worth noting that, you will only be able to upgrade one Evolutions player at a time, so even if you have more than one in your club, you’re going to have to choose which one you will want to evolve.
