Fleeca Job is the first heist in GTA V Online. Let us take a look at the requirements and steps to follow to finish this heist successfully. Heists in GTA V Online are missions that require you to plan and execute large-scale crimes, for example: bank robbery, prison break, etc.
And just like every other heist, there are few requirements for a player to start Fleeca Job. The first requirement is to be level 12 or above; it is very easy to achieve this level in GTA V.
The second requirement is to own a high-end apartment; you can purchase this through your phone.
Once you reach level 12, you will have access to heist missions, and you will plan those heists from your apartment.
How to do the Fleeca Job Heist in GTA V
This is an introductory heist, where you must steal a few bonds from the Fleeca Bank for Lester. This heist requires two players.
Start by visiting Lester. You can find the “L” icon on the map; this is where you can find him. Wait through the cutscene where Lester gives you a briefing about the mission and visits your high-end apartment.
After the cut scene, drive Lester to the Fleeca bank. Make sure to avoid cops at all costs while driving to the bank.
Once you reach the bank, Lester hacks into the bank’s security cameras and shows you the inside of the bank, where the deposit boxes are going to be. You must steal box number 167.
Drive back to Lester’s garment factory from the bank; during this time, Lester shows you a way to hack into the security system. This is a mini-game, something very similar to the famous snake game.
The second player in the passenger seat is supposed to learn and finish this mini-game; you must do it once again during the heist, so pay attention during the tutorial.
At Lester’s factory, get out of the car and get into a new SUV parked right outside. Wait for Lester and Paige to get in, and drive the SUV to your apartment’s garage.
This is where your heist planning and prep work begins.
Fleeca Job: Kuruma
As a part of this heist, you must steal an armored car from a Korean gang. This car is called the Kuruma. If you already own the car, then it’s good to go; however, if you do not own it, you must now go steal it.
Before going on this job, make sure to refill your armor and equip your best weapons. You must take down the NPCs that are guarding the car before stealing it.
Try not to damage the car to earn more cash points after finishing the heist. It’s an armored car and it’s very hard for the enemies to destroy it. However, if the car is somehow destroyed, the heist mission fails.
Take the car to Lester’s factory and give it to Paige. Now go back to your apartment to start the action!
Here, Lester explains the two roles required to finish this heist. One is a driver, and the other is a driller. Wear your masks and get ready to start the mission.
Driver
As the name suggests, your role is to drive the driller to the Fleeca bank and get away with him in your car after completing the heist. Your other jobs include breaking the bank’s CCTV cameras and taking control of the hostages in the bank. If you lose control over the hostages, they will fire the alarm.
Driller
While driving to the bank, you will once again be prompted with the circuit breaker mini-game. Finish it thoroughly before heading into the bank. Your job is to find the box and drill through it’s lock. Drilling too quickly will break the bit. If the drill bit is turning red, then it means it’s about to break, so take it slowly.
Once you’re done stealing the bonds, both players should now get back in Kuruma and escape from the cops. You will have a three-star wanted level and it is fairly easy to escape those cops.
Drive to the bridge marked on your map and a helicopter will come to pick you up. Congratulations! You have now successfully completed your first heist mission.
Conclusion and A Few Tips for Your First Heist
- Make sure to buy and equip your masks before going to the bank.
- Pay attention during the tutorial of the mini-game and cutscenes; this makes the mission easier.
- Make sure to not damage the Kuruma to get more cash points during this heist.
- Decide between the roles before the mission starts; whoever is a better driver should choose the role of a driver.
- Completing this heist at a “hard” level will award you more cash and experience.
