Getting Started
First things first: how do you even get to the Sorceress’s Gardens? You’ll want to make your way to the house northeast of the Shantay Pass in Al Kharid and talk to the apprentice there. You’ll then find yourself in the middle of four different gardens to choose from, one for each season.
These seasons aren’t there just to make the gardens look pretty! Each requires a different minimum thieving experience, and accordingly, the difficulty varies as well. However, the basic idea remains the same: get to the fruits in the center without being seen by the patrolling elementals.

Winter Garden
Requiring no thieving level to access, the winter garden is the easiest of the lot. Take a look at the picture above and follow the game plan below.
- You can ignore the first two elementals to the left and straight of you.
- Once the third elemental turns around the far corner, run immediately to point 2.
- Wait for him to turn again, then make your way to point 3.
- As soon as the closest elemental turns the corner nearest to you, go to point 4.
Then it’s the simple case of waiting for the right-most elemental to turn his back to you and then making your way to the fruit in the center at point 5.
Spring Garden: 25 Thieving Requirements
You’ll need a bit more spring in your step if you want to get through this one.
- When the first elemental starts walking to the right, make your way to point 1.
- As soon as the elemental passes you while moving to the left, run to point 2.
- Wait for the two elementals closest to you to turn their respective corners and the one patrolling to the left to move away as well, then make your way to point 3.
- Wait for the elemental to move past you again in the opposite direction and the elemental nearest the tree entrance to turn away, then move to point 4.
Finally, get to the fruit tree at point 5 and snatch away!
Autumn Garden | 45 Thieving Required
This one ain’t pretty, both visually as well as difficulty-wise.
- First, wait for the elemental to turn away from you and run to point 2.
- Once the same elemental moves past you in the opposite direction, move to point 3.
- The next step has a very small margin for error; move to point 4 as soon as the closeby elemental turns away from you.
- Next, move to point 5, keeping a close eye on the previous elemental.
- Wait for the elementals to turn their backs on you before making your way to point 6.
- Once the next elemental has turned the corner and the elemental patrolling further forward is moving left, move to point 7.
- Wait for the next two elementals to turn their backs on you, and then you can finally reach the tree at point 8.
Summer Garden | 65 Thieving Required
Think you can handle the heat? This garden will make you sweat for sure.
- From point 1, get between the bushes and the far wall at point 2 as soon as the elemental turns away.
- When the two nearest elementals both turn away from you, make your way to point 3.
- Turn around the corner towards point 4 once the elemental moves past you in the opposite direction.
- Repeat the same to get to point 5.
- The next elemental moves in a very unorthodox manner. Keep this in mind as you make your way to point 6.
- Wait for the next elemental to move away, then get to point 7.
- Once the same elemental turns away from you and the next elemental moves away as well, you’ll be able to reach point 8.
- Finally, run to point 9, and you’re home-free!
