Nucleus Guide in Tower of Fantasy

In a game of gacha, the best thing for you to have and save up is the currency used for pulling. Usually, these currencies are different from the basic currency that you can use to buy items from the in-game merchants. Plus, this basic currency is way easier to obtain than the one used in pulling exclusive items.

From the context of Tower of Fantasy, gold is the basic currency. But for now, we will focus on the currency that will allow you to pull banner-exclusive characters with higher rarities, this is the nucleus.

Start your journey in Tower of Fantasy and test your luck in gacha games as you create your own account or buy a Tower of Fantasy account for sale. Without further ado, let’s jump into the main topic of the nucleus.

What is Nucleus in Tower of Fantasy

Tower of Fantasy has a game feature called the Special Order system. Basically, this is the feature that allows the players to experience the main gacha thing of the game. This system, in short, is where they can pull new characters and new upgrades.

To start, there are three kinds of nuclei that you have to be familiar with. These three nuclei are the black, gold, and red nuclei. Each of them serves a different purpose and is on different levels.

Black Nucleus

Although it is called the Black Nucleus, it might come to you as more of a purple one than black. Nevertheless, this is the Black Nucleus that is most accessible among the three types of nuclei in the game.

The Black Nucleus is used for pulling in the permanent banner. Compared to other nuclei, this one will give you a cheaper and a lower rarity character or items. But the good thing is that, if luck is on your side, you can still get up to an SR rarity character. However, this is only a 3% chance. But do not worry as you can get upgrade materials instead, which are still essential.

Even though the rewards you receive using a Black Nucleus are not that grand compared to others, this is still worth collecting. In fact, you can get a Black Nucleus by completing tasks under the Daily Bounty, wandering around new areas, and doing tasks from events.

Gold Nucleus

More than the Black Nucleus, you probably would want to collect more Gold Nucleus after you learn about it.

The Gold Nucleus is almost the same as the Black Nucleus when it comes to its purpose. However, the process of obtaining and the rewards you receive after using this to pull from a banner is significantly different.

If you have enough Gold Nucleus that you can spend, you can use it for the Gold permanent banner and get a chance to receive amazing quality characters and items. Upon doing so, you will get a 2% chance of obtaining an SR-quality character, while there is a 12% chance of having an SSR-quality weapon or character.

Another good thing about the Gold Nucleus is that getting an SSR character is guaranteed after 80 pulls.

To be able to collect enough Gold Nuclei, here are some of the things that you should do: complete the daily bounties, go to the unexplored areas, defeat bosses, accomplish quests, finish the battle pass, and use dark crystals to convert and claim them.

Red Nucleus

Among all the types of nuclei, the Red Nucleus is the highest type and can give the best rarity of characters or weapons. The reason why it gives the best characters after each pull is the fact that you can only use this currency on limited-time banners and can give you a higher chance of getting an SSR character.

To use this, simply go to the main menu of the game, then click the Special Orders, and choose the limited-time banner. Usually, the units under a limited-time banner range from R to SSR.

By looking at the numbers, there is a 1% to 12% chance of obtaining SR units, while there is a 0.75% to 2% chance of receiving SSR units. That being said, using the Red Nucleus ten times at a time is more recommended than using them one by one.

Unlike the two previous types of nuclei, the black and the gold, collecting Red Nucleus is way more difficult and meticulous. However, you can also exchange 150 Dark Crystals in order to get one Red Nuclei. Even though it sounds tough as you will need a hefty amount of Dark Crystals to redeem enough Red Nucleus, it is an efficient way as you will not be spending a cent which makes it perfect for F2P players.

On the other hand, if you are fine with spending your real money in order to get these Red Nuclei, you can visit this Tower of Fantasy top up site to recharge the amount of Tanium in your account. Once you already have the Tanium ready, you can buy 10 Red Nuclei for 60 Tanium.
