Why her? You may ask, If you’re someone who keeps up with the updates and patches, you will know that this champion has received a fair amount of buffs recently, so I’ve decided to make a guide for her!
Supreme Athel is a legendary version of the starter champion Athel. As a part of the update version 8.30.0, Supreme Athel received a lot of changes to her skills, so in this Raid Shadow Legends guide, let us take a look at her newly buffed skills, masteries, sets, blessings and how to build her in general.

Supreme Athel’s Skills
Exemplar of Stoicism: Supreme Athel attacks one enemy and also attacks any other enemies that have a Freeze debuff. This skill will decrease the enemies’ attack by 3% while also increasing your attack by 3% every time you hit an enemy with it.
This skill received a damage multiplier increase buff.
Cold Company: With a 100% chance of placing the Freeze debuff, she attacks all enemies while ignoring buffs like Strengthen, Ally Protection and Unkillable. Also ignores 20% of the target’s Defense if they are under the Freeze debuff.
The ability to place a 100% chance of Freeze debuff is a part of the recent buffs. The damage multiplier is also increased.
Ever Faithful: Supreme Athel places a 50% Increased Attack, 30% Increased Crit Rate, 50% Increased Accuracy and a Shield buff on herself for 3 turns.
The Shield value is proportional to her Attack, and the Increased Accuracy buff is a part of her recent changes.
Frosty Glare: This skill gives her a 15% chance of placing the Freeze debuff on the attackers for 1 turn while under the Shield buff. It also gives her a 35% chance of placing the Freeze debuff on all the enemies for a single turn whenever she loses the Shield buff by taking damage.
No changes have been made to this skill recently.
Her aura increases the Attack of all allies in the arena by 35%.
Supreme Athel’s Masteries
For Masteries, we will be focusing on the Offense and Defense trees. This is a basic arena mastery build, and there are multiple ways to build her. But I believe this build should get the job done in most cases.
Under the offense tree, we will be going for Helmsmasher, as it gives you a 50% chance to ignore 25% of your target’s defense. This goes well with your overall build and playstyle, especially with skill 2.
As far as the defense tree is concerned, Retribution gives you a 50% chance to counterattack whenever you lose 25% of your maximum health. This basically allows us to boost our attack and deal more damage.
Blessings for Supreme Athel
For blessings, I recommend that you go with Polymorph, as it is really strong in this patch. Another recommendation for this Arena build is to go with the Lightning Cage.
Polymorph gives you a chance to place the Sheep debuff on the enemy for 2 turns whenever they place debuffs or try to steal buffs from you. With the additional accuracy we get from her skill and polymorph being overpowered in this patch, I recommend this blessing.
Stats to focus on Supreme Athel
ATK, ACC, C.RATE, and C.DMG.
The reason we focus on ATK is obvious: we need her to deal more damage, and if you remember her skill Ever Faithful, it gives her a shield based on her ATK, so it is a good stat to focus on.
The same third skill will also give her Increased accuracy as a part of the new changes. Having more ACC means landing more debuffs, and since we are going with Polymorph, ACC will turn out to be much more effective.
Recommended Sets for Supreme Athel
Since this is a PVP build, the recommendations for sets are going to be Stoneskin, Cruel and Lethal.
Look for the recommended stats on these set pieces. SPD is also a great stat to focus on in general for most of the champions.
Conclusion
Supreme Athel is one of the champions who received a significant buff during the recent update. If you’ve managed to get her, I hope this guide will help you play her to her fullest potential.
According to Hellhades, Supreme Athel is really effective at Doom Tower, Spider Dungeon and Dreadhorn and is really weak at Iron Twins, Sand Devil, Hydra, Nether Spider, Celestial Griffin, Eternal Dragon and Dark Fae.
