You are entitled to full refund in case of cancellation of your order. Your refund will be credited to your account via original mode of payment you used for placing the order, within 7 working days.

CLAOX its best to deliver all orders within 5-15 business days of dispatch. However, some locations which are not easily reachable by couriers, hilly areas or locations with connectivity constraints may take extra time. The delivery timelines may also get impacted due to festival season rush,public holidays or weekend.

● Return Policy
The return only applies to when the product is severely damaged, has manufacturing defects, or the wrong merchandise is delivered, there’s only replacements are applicable as TWS earbuds are non-refundable. The customer must inform about the damage or the defects within 24 hours of receiving the product. Products returned must be in their unused condition with original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, washed or altered in any form.
● Return Policy
Full refund of a product is applicable only under the following circumstances:
The late delivery of a product (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), will be fully refunded, CLAOX does not take responsibility for any refund delay that is caused by bank, national holidays or other unexpected circumstances.
The refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges in following scenarios:
-The product is undeliverable and sent back to the depository due to customer is absent from receiving the product.
-The address given on the order is incorrect.
-The customer fails to receive the order, even after several attempts by the courier company.
-Please be noted: Refund and return will NOT be processed if the product is found to be damaged by the customer. Please ship the product along with its original accessories and packages within 48 hours after the request is approved.

All CLAOX Services are covered under a standard manufacturer’s warranty of up to one year after delivery of the same.
i) Undergoes a repair by an unauthorised repair center, company or individual or has been modified or altered by any party other than CLAOX or CLAOX’s duly authorised representatives,
ii) Is handled or stored incorrectly or is used for a purpose which the Service is not meant for or is used in a way which is against the prescribed norms of usage as mentioned on the  Service user manual and/or the Terms of Service
iii) Has not been installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by CLAOX
iv) Has been subjected to abnormal stress, misuse, negligence, or accident, the warranty will be  void and CLAOX shall not be obligated to replace, repair nor provide a refund for such Service.
