U7BUY Seller Acceptable Use Policy

Seller is required to fulfill the delivery within the stipulated delivery time by using the delivery method selected by buyer. Sellers are advised to set a delivery time frame that they can commit and deliver, as advertised on their listing. If a seller does not fulfill the order according to the delivery method as stated in the order, the seller is fully liable in the event of a trade dispute and U7BUY reserves the right to take appropriate action including but not limited to refunding the order to the buyer. Good practices and reliable sellers attracts the most customers. Sellers should log on to their accounts as often as possible as this would reflect their online/offline status on their sales listing. This increases the chance of a potential customer in placing an order from their list.

Seller is required to capture screenshots (printscreen before and after trade) or provide video evidence of the trade, then upload them to the order details page once delivery is completed. Read more about proof of delivery under TradeProtect.

Seller is not allowed to request for an order cancellation. Seller may be required to provide obligatory compensation to the buyer if an order is canceled or delayed due to seller's negligence. Stock level must be accurate at all times. For an example, if the stock level is set to 1000 gold, you are expected to deliver 1000 gold to the buyer. Make sure you have the item in possession before creating the listing.

All communication and correspondence between the seller and the buyer must be done through the U7BUY Chat Application. Refrain from chatting in-game.

Seller is not allowed to provide/accept offsite trade or personal offers in any way (see Offsite Trading below). Any sellers found doing so will have their U7BUY account permanently banned.

Communications with buyers must be courteous. We strictly prohibit the posting of harassing content, including but not limited to threats of violence. If you believe there has been a violation to any of our policies, please report it to us immediately.

Seller is not allowed to create more than one U7BUY account and commit fraud by buying from their own sales listing. Any seller found doing so is subject to penalties or even permanent ban of account.

If a trade dispute or chargeback arise due to reasons that is caused by the sellers, such as delivery delay, product that does not work, or did not upload proof of delivery as required, sellers are liable for all cost and damages associated with such disputes.

Trading by login to buyer's account is disallowed.

Sellers may be liable for the handling fee if buyer wishes to be refunded to their payment source, provided that the order cancellation is due to issue arising from seller's end, such as delivery delay, account has been sold, or pricing mistake.

Prohibited and counterfeited items and services

If a Seller lists a prohibited item or service, as set forth below, it will be deemed to be a violation of our Terms of Service regardless of whether the Seller acted intentionally or not. If U7BUY determines that a listing is in violation or is otherwise inappropriate U7BUY may, at its discretion, remove the listing and cancel any related transactions up to and including termination or suspension of the Seller’s account.

U7BUY may not be used in connection with any product, service, transaction, or activity that in general is fraudulent, deceptive, or violates any law or government regulation.

The list of Prohibited Items may be updated from time to time at U7BUY’s discretion. Examples of items that fall under certain categories may also be expanded to provide better communication and context to our community.

PROHIBITED & CONTROLLED ITEM

1. ILLICIT DRUGS, PRECURSORS AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
a. U7BUY.com expressly forbids any and all listing or sale of narcotics, tranquilizers, psychotropic drugs, natural drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids and other controlled substances.
b. The listing or sale of all drug precursor chemicals is strictly prohibited.
c. Drug paraphernalia, including all items that are primarily intended or designed for use in manufacturing, concealing, or using a controlled substance, are strictly forbidden on the platform. Such items include, but are not limited to those items used for the ingestion of illicit substances, including pipes such as water pipes, carburetor pipes, chamber pipes, ice pipes, bongs etc.
d. The listing or sale of packaging materials which may be utilized to contain controlled substances, materials conducive to smuggling, storing, trafficking, transporting and manufacturing illicit drugs (e.g. marijuana grow lights), publications and other media providing information related to the production of illicit drugs.

2. FLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE AND HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS
a. The posting of explosives and related ignition and detonation equipment is strictly prohibited. Such activity can result in your account being delisted.
b. Radioactive substances, toxic and poisonous chemicals are forbidden on the U7BUY.com Website.
c. The posting, offering for sale, or offering for purchase of hazardous or dangerous materials are forbidden on the U7BUY.com Website.
d. Ozone depleting substances are not permitted to be listed.
e. The posting, offering for sale, or offering for purchase of any products containing harmful substances are forbidden on the U7BUY.com Website.

3. FIREARMS AND AMMUNITIONS
a. Any service, instruction, process, or aid for producing any biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons, or other Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) or known associated agents is strictly prohibited by international and/or local law and accordingly prohibited on the U7BUY.com Website. Any violation of this policy will result in the notification of government authorities by U7BUY.com and such activity can result in account being delisted.
b. The posting of, offering for sale, or offering for purchase of any arms, munitions, military ordnance, weapons (including explosive weapons), and/or any related parts and components (whether integral or otherwise) is strictly prohibited. Such activity can result in account being delisted.
c. U7BUY.com Website does not permit the posting, offering for sale, or offering of purchase of replica, "look-alike” or imitation firearms, and/or any related parts and components (whether integral or otherwise). This prohibition covers such products as air guns, BB guns, paintball guns, harpoons, spear guns and other weapons that may discharge a projectile containing any gas, chemical, or explosive substance.

4. WEAPONS
a. U7BUY.com Website does not permit the posting, offering for sale, or offering of purchase of weapons that can incapacitate or cause serious physical harm to others.
b. While listing of most knives and other cutting instruments is permitted, switchblade knives, gravity knifes, knuckledusters, bladed handheld devices, and disguised knives are prohibited.
c. U7BUY.com Website maintains discretion over what items are appropriate and may cause removal of a listing that it deems as a weapon.

5. MEDICAL DRUGS
a. The posting of prescription drugs, psychotropic drugs and narcotics is strictly prohibited.
b. The listing or sale of orally administered or ingested sexual enhancement foods and supplements is prohibited.
c. Prescription veterinary drugs may not be listed.

6. GOVERNMENT, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MILITARY ISSUED ITEMS
a. The following items are not permitted to be listed:
i. Articles of clothing or identification that claim to be, or appear similar to, official government uniforms.
ii. Law enforcement badges or official law enforcement equipment from any public authority, including badges issued by the government of any country.
iii. Military decorations, medals, and awards, in addition to items with substantially similar designs.
b. U7BUY.com Website does not permit the posting, offering for sale, or offering of purchase of police uniforms, police insignia and police vehicles.
c. The following mass-transit related items are not permitted to be listed:
i. Any article of clothing or identification related to transportation industries, including but not limited to, commercial airline pilots, flight attendants, airport service personnel, railway personnel, mass-transit security personnel.
ii. Manuals or other materials related to commercial transportation, including safety manuals published by commercial airlines and entities operating subways, trains, or buses.
iii. Any official, internal, classified, or non-public documents.

7. ADULT AND OBSCENE MATERIALS
a. U7BUY.com Website does not permit the posting or sale of pornographic materials is strictly prohibited.
b. Items depicting or suggestive of bestiality, rape sex, incest or sex with graphic violence or degradation, and any items depicting or suggestive of sex involving minors, are strictly prohibited.
c. Any violation of this policy will result in account being delisted.

8. CIRCUMVENTION DEVICES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT USED FOR ILLICT PURPOSES
a. Descramblers and other items that can be used to gain unauthorized access to television programming, internet access, telephone, data or other protected, restricted, or premium services are prohibited. Stating the item is for educational or test purposes will not legitimize a product that is otherwise inappropriate. Some examples of items which are not permitted include smart cards and card programmers, descramblers, DSS emulators and hacking software prohibited.
b. The listing or sale of spy equipment and devices used for interception of wire, oral and electronic communications is not permitted on the U7BUY.com Website.
c. Bank card readers and “skimmers” are prohibited from being listed.
d. Any and all unauthorized circumvention devices not included in the above are also strictly prohibited and will result in account being delisted.

9. ILLEGAL SERVICES
a. Listings claiming to provide government services and related products are strictly prohibited. Examples include:
i. Official government-issued identification documents, such as birth certificates, driving licenses, passports and visas;
ii. Fake Documents, such as Degree or Diploma certification and educational transcript;
iii. Completed applications for the abovementioned documents;
iv. Any materials, equipment or processes designed for use in the production of government-issued identification documents (e.g. driving license holograms, passport booklets).
v. The offering for sale or purchase of textile quota is prohibited on the U7BUY.com Website.
b. The listing or sale of any form of invoices or receipts (including blank, prefilled, or value-added invoices or receipts), is strictly prohibited on the U7BUY.com Website.
c. U7BUY.com Website prohibits listings that offer financial services, including money transfers, issuing bank guarantees and letters of credit, loans, fundraising and funding for person investment purposes, etc.
d. U7BUY.com Website prohibits listings for the sole purpose of collecting user information or raising money.
e. The posting or sale of bulk email or mailing lists that contain personally identifiable information including names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses, is strictly prohibited. Also prohibited are software or other tools which are designed or used to send unsolicited commercial email (i.e. "spam").
f. Job postings from which a factory/company/institute may directly recruit employees are prohibited on the U7BUY.com Website.
g. Non-transferable items may not be posted or sold through the U7BUY.com Website. Many items including lottery tickets, airline tickets and some event tickets may not be resold or transferred.

10. COLLECTIONS, ARTIFACTS AND PRECIOUS METALS
a. U7BUY.com Website strictly forbids the sale and purchase of currency, coins, banknotes, stocks, bonds, money orders, credit and debit cards, investment interest, currency in digital or any intangible form (e.g. cryptocurrency/bitcoin), as well as the equipment and materials used to produce such items.
b. Listings that offer the sale or buying of gold, silver, and other precious metals are prohibited.

11. HUMAN PARTS, HUMAN REMAINS AND PROTECTED FLORA AND FAUNA
a. U7BUY.com Website prohibits the listing of human body parts and remains. Examples of such prohibited items include, but are not limited to: organs, bones, blood, sperm, and eggs. Items made of human hair, such as wigs for commercial uses, are permitted.
b. The listing or sale of products made with any part of and/or containing any ingredient derived from sharks or marine mammals is prohibited on the U7BUY.com Website.
c. The listing or sale of products made from cats, dogs and bears, as well as any processing equipment, is prohibited on the U7BUY.com Website.

12. OFFENSIVE MATERIAL AND INFORMATION DETRIMENTAL TO NATIONAL SECURITY
a. Any and all publications and other media containing state secrets or information detrimental to national security or public order are prohibited. Such activity can result in account being delisted.
b. Any information supporting or advocating infringement of national sovereignty, terrorist organizations or discrimination on grounds of race, sex, or religion is strictly prohibited on the U7BUY.com Website. Such activity can result in account being delisted.
c. Postings that are ethnically or racially offensive are prohibited on the U7BUY.com Website. Sellers/Merchant and Buyers must ensure that any wording used portrays appropriate sensitivity to those who might read it in their postings, and when they are offering or purchasing potentially offensive items or services.
d. Infrequently, if materials are of historical value or integral to the item (such as a book title), members may use offensive words and phrases in the subject and description of a posting. U7BUY.com reserves the sole discretion to decide the removal of such items and encourages all members to treat others as they themselves would like to be treated.
e. Materials advocating, promoting, or otherwise supporting fascism, Nazism and other extreme ideologies are strictly prohibited.

13. GAMBLING EQUIPMENT
a. The listing or sale of equipment specifically used for gambling is prohibited and such activity can result in account being delisted.

14. SANCTIONED COUNTRIES AND BODIES
a. Products prohibited by laws, regulations, sanctions and trade restrictions in any relevant country or jurisdiction worldwide or under any international authority bodies/agencies or international law are strictly forbidden on U7BUY.com Website.

15. TOBACCO PRODUCTS
a. The posting of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigars, cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco and tobacco leaf is prohibited.
b. The posting of nicotine and other liquids (e-liquids) for use in electronic cigarettes is forbidden.

16. OTHER LISTING PROHIBITIONS
a. Contracts and Tickets
i. Sellers and/or Merchants are responsible for ensuring that the transaction is lawful and not in violation of any contractual obligation. Before posting an item on the U7BUY.com Website, Sellers and/or Merchants should carefully read any contracts that have entered that might limit right to sell the item on the U7BUY.com Website.
ii. U7BUY.com Website does not search for items that may raise these types of issues, nor can it review copies of private contracts, or adjudicate or take sides in private contract disputes. However, U7BUY.com Website want the Sellers and/or Merchant to be aware that posting items in violation of contractual obligations could put Sellers and/or Merchant at risk with third parties. U7BUY.com therefore urges that Sellers and/or Merchant to not list any item until Sellers and/or Merchant have reviewed any relevant contracts or agreements and are confident can legally sell it on the U7BUY.com Website.
iii. If Sellers and/or Merchant have any questions regarding the rights under a contract or agreement, U7BUY.com strongly recommend that Sellers and/or Merchant to contact the company with whom Sellers and/or Merchant entered into the contract and/or consult with an attorney.
iv. U7BUY.com Website does not permit the listing of tickets to performance, sporting, and entertainment events.
b. Stolen Property
i. The posting or sale of stolen property is strictly forbidden on the U7BUY.com Website and violates international law. Stolen property includes items taken from private individuals, as well as property taken without authorization from the individual, companies, or governments.
ii. U7BUY.com Website supports and cooperates with law enforcement efforts involving the recovery of stolen property and the prosecution of responsible individuals. If Sellers and/or Merchant are concerned that the images and/or text in the item description have been used by another Site user without your authorization, or that your intellectual property rights have been violated by such user, please contact U7BUY.com service team at [email protected].

Offsite Trading

U7BUY is committed to maintaining secure transactions within our platform. Offsite trades are not covered by U7BUY, and we are not liable for such transactions.

Sellers caught directing traffic offsite for trades will have their accounts suspended. Always report any suspicious offsite trading attempts.

Seller’s Offense

1st Offense

Your U7BUY account will be suspended temporarily (remove listings, disable payment withdrawal and selling permission, cancel any pending payments). You may contact U7BUY via [email protected] and produce a formal written appeal for your case. Our respective management shall review the case before deciding on the outcome.

A penalty of USD150* is to be paid directly to us via specific payment gateways or deducted directly from seller’s available balance, prior to the release of the account. Any partial delivery made will be deducted and a full refund shall be issued to the buyer. *subject to change

2nd Offense

Sellers will be disqualified if:

1. The seller is given more than 7 warnings within 30 days.
2. The seller does not cooperate with the platform to process the order/delay intentionally, under serious circumstances, the seller will be disqualified; In case of asset loss of the Buyer, the Platform has the right to deduct the corresponding amount of penalty to compensate the buyer.
3. There is an order dispute and the seller refuses to cooperate, causing losses to the buyer; And depending on the seriousness of the case, the account funds will be frozen indefinitely.
4. The seller asks the buyer for additional fees in private or collects handling fees in various names in disguise.
5. The seller leaks the buyer’s name, contact information, address and other relevant information, causing bad influence.
6. The seller disseminate bad information that affect the platform and have bad influence.
7. The seller insult, threaten and other unfriendly acts to the buyers.
8. The corresponding business behavior of the seller is judged by the judicial authority to be suspected of a crime, the seller’s qualification will be canceled, and the account assets may be frozen according to the requirements of the judicial authority.
9. Sellers conduct transactions on any other platforms and communities using the associated receiving account; If the seller is verified by the platform’s risk control: accounts with problems in transactions on other platforms and communities are highly related to sellers on this platform (such as the account registered on other platforms) or the seller is related to money laundering incidents detected on other platforms, the platform has the right to directly disqualify the seller and freeze the account funds indefinitely.
10. There is any false information in the submitted application materials.
11. The seller takes advantage of the loopholes in the rules of the platform for profit.
12.The seller lease or buy or sell other’s credit cards and the information of other payment platform for transactions and are judged by the platform to be suspected of money laundering; if there is conclusive evidence that the seller is directly involved in money laundering, the platform will directly report to the relevant judicial authorities.

Close a seller account:

If the seller needs to close the account due to his/her own reasons, he/she must submit an application for disqualification of the seller to the platform. After receiving the cancellation application, the seller's permission to create new listings will be closed first. If it is verified that the seller is not involved in any unresolved disputes or has no bad records, the platform will release the funds in the account within 7 working days and complete the application of closing the seller's account. Applying for seller certification again is not allowed within 90 days from the date of the application of closing the seller's account.
