Refund Conditions
U7BUY Refund Policy explains how refunds work for ingame virtual products, gift cards, and top-up services. Learn refundable and non-refundable cases, refund methods, and processing times.
These policies only affect U7BUY's decision in refunding orders when both parties are in disagreement. Buyer may always and it is recommended to contact the seller about product return in exchange for a refund. By purchasing any products on U7BUY, the buyer understands, acknowledges and accepts this release of liability.
Refundable conditions
1. Products not received
The products were not fully delivered to the buyers within the scheduled delivery time. In this case, the buyers can apply for a refund.
2. Repeat payment
The buyers made repeated payment to one order. In this case, we can respect the buyer's willingness to give a refund. We will refund one of the payments, or multiple payments (The premise is that the order is not delivered.).
3. Product received by the buyer does not match the description of it.
Non-refundable conditions
1. Completed delivery
The products have been delivered to the buyer as agreed and the buyer has verified and confirmed the receipt of the order.
2. Transactions made outside of U7BUY.
3. Dissatisfaction, wrong purchase or out of warranty
Refunds will not be issued due to buyer's dissatisfaction with the product, mistakenly purchased items and never report the issue to U7BUY support team within warranty period and in the scenario that the buyer's computer does not meet the minimum product requirements.
4. Unpaid Order
The buyer is not allowed to apply for a refund for the unpaid order.
5. Payment dispute or chargeback
All payment disputes or chargeback are not within the scope of U7BUY's acceptance. U7BUY will stop the investigation, in which case any requests including refunds will not be entertained.
6. Fraudulent claims
U7BUY does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to take legal actions and permanently suspend a buyer's account for filing fraudulent claims.
7. Other reasons
For any reason other than the reasons listed above in "We will issue refund under the following conditions". Buyers must only confirm the receipt of the order after verifying the product received is as described in the offer and in working condition. Confirming the receipt of the order indicates that the buyer is satisfied with the purchase and finalizing the transaction. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchased Goods and/or Services if no claim, issues and/or complaints are raised or made by the relevant Buyer to U7BUY within warranty period upon delivery of the purchased Goods and/or Services. Refunds will not be given for orders which are finalised and completed.
8. Sales contracts
All sales contracts are strictly made between the relevant seller and the relevant buyer. U7BUY can assist the buyer or seller in the case of disputes after the establishment of the sales contract, but does not assume any responsibility or obligation for the sales contract in any way.
9. Timeout transaction dispute
In the event of a transaction dispute, the buyer can provide evidence verification to U7BUY customer service staff to apply for dispute resolution. If the buyer fails to provide relevant evidence within the time limit, it will be deemed to automatically give up the opportunity to resolve the dispute.
10. Payment fee
Payment fee will not be refunded once the payment verification is completed and pending for delivery.
Refund Conditions for Different Products
Coins & Items
Refundable conditions
- 1. Seller has failed to deliver or only partially delivered the order.
- 2. Seller has failed to notify buyer of certain risks that negatively impacted buyer's account.
- 3. Buyer's account was affected by receiving coins or items obtained through cheating or fraud.
Non-refundable conditions
- 1. Coins or items were not bought on U7BUY.
- 2. Evidence of incomplete delivery is shared on external platforms other than U7BUY.
- 3. Buyer's account was banned due to risks that were disclosed by the seller.
- 4. Buyer provided a wrong account or character name and order was delivered.
- 5. Buyer traded coins or items to a different account.
- 6. Buyer accepted another trade from someone else after completing the trade with seller, resulting in the loss of coins or items, or negative impact on the account, etc.
- 7. After the trade was completed, buyer didn't receive coins or items due to reasons other than seller's, such as game glitches or restrictions, buyer's account issues or wrong operations, etc.
Boosting
Refundable conditions
- 1. Seller has failed to deliver or only partially delivered the order.
- 2. Seller caused harm to the account (such as continuous demotions, loss of status, ruined stats like pure accounts, etc.).
- 3. Seller changed the login details of buyer's account without buyer's permission.
- 4. Seller used third-party programs, leading to account restriction or banning.
Non-refundable conditions
- 1. Buyer purchased the order by mistake and it was delivered.
- 2. Seller was unable to proceed with the boost due to lack of access to the account or interruptions from outside actions.
- 3. Evidence of incomplete delivery is shared on external platforms other than U7BUY.
- 4. The boost was not purchased on U7BUY.
- 5. The account was banned or shadow banned due to buyer's actions (such as botting, toxic behavior, contacting game developers, etc.).
Accounts
Refundable conditions
- 1. Seller has failed to deliver or only partially delivered the order.
- 2. The account was not full access and got compromised.
- 3. The login details are wrong.
- 4. The account is not as described and buyer has not altered the account by:
- a. Changing login details;
- b. Playing on the account;
- c. Making purchases on or for the account;
- d. Reselling the account.
Non-refundable conditions
- 1. Buyer purchased the order by mistake and it was delivered.
- 2. Buyer changed the login details of the account (applicable to claims that the account was "not as described").
- 3. Buyer altered the account by playing on it or purchasing items for it.
- 4. The account was banned or shadow banned due to buyer's actions (such as botting, toxic behavior, contacting game developers, etc.).
- 5. Evidence of the account being "not as described" or "not working" is shared on external platforms other than U7BUY.
- 6. The account was not purchased on U7BUY.
Top Up
Refundable conditions
- 1. Seller has failed to deliver or only partially delivered the order.
- 2. There is an error in the recharge account ID information provided by the buyer and the order hasn't been delivered.
- 3. Buyer's account was affected by receiving items obtained through cheating or fraud.
Non-refundable conditions
- 1. Buyer purchased the order by mistake and it was delivered.
- 2. Buyer provided a wrong recharge account and order was delivered.
Game Points & Gift Cards & Video Games & Subscriptions
Refundable conditions
- 1. Seller has failed to deliver or only partially delivered the order.
- 2. Buyer received a redemption code or link that differs from its description.
- 3. Buyer received an invalid redemption code or link.
- 4. Buyer received an already redeemed or expired redemption code or link.
Non-refundable conditions
- 1. Buyer purchased the order by mistake and it was delivered.
- 2. Buyer purchased a wrong product and the order was delivered.
- 3. Buyer disclosed the redemption information to others.
- 4. The product was resold.
- 5. Buyer cannot provide complete evidence as required by seller before payment was done or order was delivered.

2. Pending Delivery
Buyers can apply to cancel orders in order page and choose refund method, then need to wait platform review, it usually takes 3-6 hours.
3. Delivering/ Order delivered
Buyers can raise transaction dispute and choose refund method, sellers can accept refund or buyers need to wait platform make a decision, it usually takes 3-7 days.
Return Policy
- 1. Once a transaction has been completed, there are absolutely no returns. By completing the transaction, buyer is agreeing to accepting the items and finalizing the transaction.
- 2. Do not return the in-game items. Even if it's the same player who buyer just traded with, buyer should never return in-game items, no matter what the justification may be. If buyer returns the items, buyer is fully liable and accountable for the actions, only scammers will request that buyers do so.

Non-Recurring Payment Policy
- 1. For any payment based services, U7BUY do not offer any kind of subscription-based or recurring services. All payments made to U7BUY are for one-time purchases only, and this applies to all product categories.
- 2. The buyer is required to input all relevant information, such as quantity, character name, server type, or any special notes for the seller, on the product page during each purchase. The final amount, including all applicable fees and taxes, will be clearly displayed on the website on the payment page. If the buyer deems the final amount to be incorrect, they have the option to not proceed with the purchase. U7BUY encourages buyers to carefully review their order details before finalizing their purchase to ensure accuracy.
- 3. U7BUY assumes no liability for wrong order details made by the buyers due to proven negligence or false or wrong information provided before finalizing their purchase which may result in damages and losses.
Refund Methods And Processing Time
1. U7BUY Balance
Refund made in U7BUY Balance usually takes 3-6 hours to process.
2. Original payment method
Depending on the type of payment method buyer used, refund can usually take up to 14 business days to process. This is because banks usually don't complete refund immediately and it may take up to 14 business days for the authorized funds to expire.
