Trade Protect For Buyers

With the guarantee of Trading Protection, buyers can place an order on U7BUY with peace of mind. Trading Protection ensures that sellers fulfill orders as described. 1. Trading Protection will protect buyers in the following situations: a. The buyer did not receive the order. b. The item received by the buyer is not as described. 2. Trading Protection does not provide protection for the following situations: a. The buyer has confirmed receipt. b. The buyer regrets after placing the order. c. Transactions conducted outside of U7BUY. d. Any modification of the account and its contents by the game publisher/game developer after the transaction is completed. 3. Fraudulent Claims Trading Protection does not provide protection against fraudulent claims. For example, seller has transfferd the items while buyer claims that seller didn't send the items. Buyer account will be banned if we find buyer try to do any fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and suspend the accounts of buyers who make fraudulent claims. 4. Confirm Receipt The buyer must confirm the receipt of the goods after confirming that the received items can be used and conform to the description of the product list. A Confirmed Order signifies that the transaction is completed and means that buyer is satisfied with the purchase and agrees to release payment to the seller. 5. Accept Product/Service If the buyer does not file a claim or complaint within 72 hours after the seller ships the goods, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the purchased item or service. No refunds will be given for orders that have been confirmed received and completed. 6. Dispute Respond In case of a transaction dispute, the buyer must respond to our request and provide relevant evidence ASAP. Evidence contains In-game screenshots, official proofs etc. If the buyer fails to respond within the specified time, it means that the buyer defaults that the problem has been resolved, and U7BUY will end the dispute. 7. Payment Disputes or Chargeback Trading Protection is not responsible for all payment disputes or chargebacks. If this happens, we will stop the investigation and no refund requests will be entertained.

Understanding the Purpose of Reviews ①For Buyers Reviews help buyers understand the genuine feedback other users give to sellers or products after placing their orders, allowing new buyers to make more informed purchasing decisions. ②For Sellers Reviews provide direct insights into your customers' experiences, highlighting your strengths and identifying areas for improvement, thereby enhancing your store's market competitiveness. ③For the Platform Aggregated reviews help maintain a trustworthy and safe platform for all users, also allow the platform to identify top sellers and address systemic issues. 2. Conditions for Removing Negative Reviews ①Reached An Agreement If the buyer explicitly stated that can fix the negative review after the problem is resolved but failed to fulfill that promise, the platform may intervene and remove the negative review at the seller's request. ②Extortion If the buyer left a negative review threatening to obtain unfair benefits, such as free services or additional products, such a review will be removed once verified by the platform. ③Malicious Reviews If competitors systematically spread rumors and smear your store's reputation through negative reviews, those reviews will be removed. ④Repetitive Reviews If the same review appears in different orders, the platform will investigate and decide whether to retain the negative review based on the actual situation of each order to ensure the accuracy of store rating. ⑤Irrelevant Reviews The review unrelated to the seller's service or product, such as reviews from other sellers or products, and personal sentiments, will be considered as irrelevant and removed. ⑥Terrorist Rhetoric All harmful reviews such as racial or regional discrimination will be removed. 3. Important Notes ①Sellers are strictly prohibited from demanding that buyers remove negative reviews in exchange for refunds or solutions. ②If sellers need the platform to remove negative reviews from the store, please provide relevant evidence. The platform will make a final decision after reviewing the relevant details. ③Sellers who repeatedly request the platform to delete negative reviews without any valid reason may have their stores banned.
