Account Selling Rules

Acoount selling rules are set for bringing better experience for buyers. Account service is a bit more complex than other services as account service is involved with the whole account's access transferred. 1. Dont' Fill Fake Delivery Info/ Description It's a good habit to use "atuo delivery" delivery type in account service. But remember sellers cannot fill in any kind of fake account info like "text me/ chat with me/ .../ Contact me" . We will warn sellers or ban their stores in the most serious coditions. Sellers are not allowed to write misleading product descriptions or titles that may trick buyers into buying the product. For example, saying that the account is full access when it's not. If we find such cases, seller's selling access will be revoked. 2. Be Responsible For Account Sellers are responsible for the security of accounts they sell. If too many after-sales problems occur, U7BUY will cancel the seller's eligibility to sell accounts even if exceed 14 days. Sellers with high number of complaints or disputes filed by buyers will be treated as high risk or "problematic" seller. U7BUY reserves the right to take appropriate actions as we deem fit, including but not limited to refunding the order, withhold payment and suspension of selling permission. 3. Full Access Seller must have the full original access of the account and its recovery information so that any issue that may arise can be resolved by the seller. Otherwise, seller is liable when a trade dispute occurs. When delivering account, seller must transfer the ownership of the account access fully to the buyer. Account access ownership transfer means changing the account registration and login info to buyer's details, and also provide the original registration information. If we find there are cases that buyer doesn't get access transferred, seller's selling access will be revoked. 4. No Off-Site Communication 1)Sellers may not use U7BUY to provide offsite or personal offers. 2)All item listings cannot contain any description of the sellers' contact information. 3)No personal contact information may be given to buyers through Chat. For the offense of Rules 1) , 2) or 3), sellers will be warned. A second offense will result in permanent account suspension and the sellers' store credit will be frozen. U7BUY reserves the right to reject any appeal or refund request. 5. Offer Listing Note Accounts must be listed in the correct category.U7BUY has the right to hide sellers' offers if they upload offers in in-correct category. Sellers are not allowed to create duplicate or similar offers to take many offer positions. U7BUY has the right to hide sellers' offers or stop their selling access if sellers upload too many duplicate or similar offers. Note: Similar offer means those have no practical significance and are only used to increase the number of offers. Like "Account with about 10000 gems", "Account with about 10001 gems", "Account with about 10002 gems". 6. Game-specific Rules Fortnite: Seller must clearly list what platforms the Fortnite account can be linked to (ex. Xbox + Playstation, PC + Playstation, etc.) in offers. By listing a platform, it means seller guarantees the buyer will be able to use the account on that platform. If seller is selling an account which cannot change email at once - this must be included in the description. Seller also needs to provide full access to the linked email, as with all accounts. Call of Duty: Seller must clearly list which version of Call of Duty the account is for. Seller must clearly list which platforms can be linked to the account. Unlink any unnecessary login methods from the account, and provide full access to the logins for any currently linked login methods that are on the account. Valorant / League of Legends etc: Rank in offer must be current season rank. Accounts should be listed in the correct category. 7. Subscription Account Sellers are required to list products in the corresponding correct categories, including Private Account and Shared Account. Under no circumstances shall shared accounts be posted for sale within the Private Account category.

Seller Rules

The seller rules are designed to better assist sellers in organizing their sales standards, prevent sellers from being disqualified from selling due to misoperation, and ensure the safety and security of the U7BUY platform. Selling accounts? Make sure to also read: Account selling rules 1. No Offsite Trade Offsite trade is absolutely prohibited on U7BUY. Offsite trade will not receive any assurance from U7BUY either in mediation or indemnification as we are not liable for the actions of individuals taken outside of our trading platform. Any sellers found doing so : a. Will have their U7BUY account permanently banned. b. Sellers' entire accounts and their contents will be revoked (including any available funds in accounts). 2. Communicate In Site All communication and correspondence between the seller and the buyer must be done through the U7BUY Chat. Refrain from chatting on other tools. Sellers are not allowed to ask for or provide personal chatting tool information. Seller will get a warning for offering offsite chat, and an account ban as appropriate. 3. Never Click "Complete" In Advance Sellers are prohibited from clicking "Complete" on an order before the delivery is actually done, or even asking the buyer to confirm receipt. Once found, they will be warned once, and three warnings will result in the account being blocked. 4. Use Proper Delivery Method/ Description If a seller does not fulfill the order according to the delivery method as stated in the order, the seller is fully liable in the event of a trade dispute and U7BUY reserves the right to take appropriate action including but not limited to refunding the order to the buyer. In the case where the product is described as a [Random Chance to get] product, the seller must pay attention to the accuracy of the product description and it should not be too different from the actual situation, otherwise the seller will be fully responsible for an dispute. 5. Keep Polite Sellers are required to be polite during all communications with buyers. Any form of harassment including but not limited to threats of violence is prohibited. It is prohibited to offer incentive for positive reviews or force buyers to cancel disputes/delete negative reviews as well. 6. Solve Order Issues Before Withdrawing If there are unresolved orders or disputes when the seller withdraws money, U7BUY will not approve it. The seller needs to resolve the existing problematic orders before withdrawing money. 7. Be Careful With Order Status Some orders might be invisible temporarily because of buyer verification. Do not process the delivery without seeing the orders on seller's list. The seller is fully liable in delivering an order which has been canceled by the buyer. The seller is fully liable in the event of delivering an order without changing order status to "Delivering", these orders might be canceled by buyer. Sellers must change the status of completed orders in a timely manner. Orders that exceed the promised delivery time by 3 days and have not been changed will be canceled and refunded to the buyer. 8. About Payment Dispute Or Chargeback If a payment dispute or chargeback arise due to reasons that is caused by the sellers, such as delivery delay, product that does not work, or did not upload proof of delivery as required, sellers are liable for all cost and damages associated with such disputes. 9. Account Safety In Boosting Service For boosting products, seller needs to ensure the security of the buyer's account. If the account is banned/blocked during the boosting process or within 24 hours after completion, the seller must refund the order. 10. Be Responsible To Products The sellers should be responsible for the quality of the products they sell. They are not allowed to write words such as "We are not responsible for the quality of the products. Recently, a large number of accounts have been banned by the official. Sellers are not responsible if any accounts are banned" in the product description. If any problems occur, a refund will be processed. 11. No Multiple Seller Accounts And No Trash Offers Sellers are not allowed to register multiple accounts to purchase their own listings. If this happens, the seller will be severely punished or even banned. 12. Fair Random Products In the case where the product is described as a random product, the seller must pay attention to the accuracy of the product description and it should not be too different from the actual situation, otherwise the seller will be fully responsible for an dispute. 13. No Random Wheel Trade The platform strictly prohibits the listing of any products related to "Random Wheel". Upon discovery, the platform will take enforcement measures such as canceling the selling permission.

Dispute Solving Rules

1. The seller must actively communicate with the buyer and provide corresponding assistance and evidence after receiving the dispute. If the dispute is not responded within 72 hours, the dispute will be automatically closed in favor of the buyer. 2. The seller has 5 days to resolve the dispute by communicating with the buyer. During this period, the seller can choose to resolve the dispute by delivering a new product, providing a full or partial refund, and providing necessary assistance to help the buyer use the product correctly. Both parties reach an agreement: 1) If the seller chooses to send a new product, the buyer must be reminded to cancel the dispute after the buyer confirms that the product is correct. 2) If the seller provides a full refund, refund amount does not require confirmation by the buyer, U7BUY will submit a refund application through the refund method pre-selected by the buyer. 3) If the seller provides a partial refund, the partial refund amount must be filled in the dispute, and the buyer must be reminded to click confirm. After the buyer clicks confirm, the dispute ends and U7BUY will refund the corresponding amount to the buyer. Both parties fail to reach an agreement: 1) If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be immediately escalated to U7BUY. U7BUY will make a ruling within 2 days based on the relevant evidence provided by the seller and the buyer. 2) If both parties do not advance the dispute process on their own, the dispute will be escalated automatically to U7BUY after 3 days. 3. The seller who resolved the issue with the buyer within 48 hours prior to being escalated will be excluded from penalty and being profiled.
